This hotel is in Paris’s 15th district, just in front of Balard Tram Station, which leads directly to Porte de Versailles Exhibition Centre.
Score from 103 reviews Very good
Room was little bit small
clean friendly and easy access to the metro line that takes you straight into central Paris.
walls are a bit thin
Clean, comfortable room, good breakfast,( not just croissant.) Easily reach the city centre by metro.
The room too small, but ok. No fridge. The first two days the room was too cold
Rear (not at front) room nice and quiet. Nice breakfast with staff. Good shower. Close to Metro.
Windows very drafty in room 105 so had to have heating up quite high. Room a bit small.
The staff was sooo cooperative and helpful. Even though i spent just 7 hrs at the hotel but compared to another hotels, it was excellent regarding the comfortable, cleanliness and staff.. Even the staff offered me wake up call and coffee in the morning. If somebody ask me for a hotel, i will recommend this hotel as a first option
Had a great stay at source hotel. Staff helpful and friendly and close to metro station which was perfect. There were 3 of us in a room and felt it was a sufficent size and bathroom was huge! Had breakfast every morning, whilst no hot options, felt it had good range of sweet and savoury and never left hungry. Beds were comfy and rooms were clean.
Only reduction on score is because it quite noisy from street traffic. We were in room 204 so if were in a higher room or room on other side of building then would have no complaints. Would recommend source hotel.
Receptionist very friendly and helpfull
Room and bed and bathroom much too small for me and other tall persons. Only 2 clothing hangers and no other possibility to hang yr clothes or coat, is much too little for two guests in one room.
I liked the location which was very close to metro station , in addition the the room was fantastic. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
I liked the room, staffs, cleanliness ...in fact everything
Close to metro, bathroom clean, comfortable beds. Local shops for easy meals nearby.
The hotel room had a decent size by Paris standards, neat modern furniture, fast wifi, location near the metro, many cafes around.
It was rather cold in the room at night (not sure whether it was possible to regulate the temperature as I did not look for it).
This hotel was fantastic. Well located, near a metro and an ideal base for exploring Paris. The staff were fantastic, couldn't be more helpful. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Location was excellent. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend to others and stay again
attentive and friendly staff; clean (bath-)room
as in many small Parisian hotels there is limited noise insulation (you can hear your neighbours)
Good internet connection Great shower
1. The room was very shabby. It was a bit difficult to move around the room without hitting something here or there 2. The bathroom is shabby as well
well presented, away from central Paris. clean and comfortable rooms
Excellent staff who were very helpful, we even managed to check in early! The room was great and the hotel was very near a metro station. Only stayed one night, wish I'd booked more!
Nothing special. Average hotel in general. But excellent staff! Very helpful. Some reviews are claiming it is located near the marche puces and some even say it's located AT the marche puces but we were disappointed. Well, it is located at the St. Ouen area which is the marche puces area already but it's still quite a walk from the hotel to the market, in fact we had to take the taxi from the market going back to the hotel. So if you are planning to buy something from the market, it's going to be a difficult task going back to the hotel. We took this hotel coz we were expecting to spend all our effort scouring the market and not in walking from the hotel to the market.
Nothing really. Wifi in the room is ok, but at least there is a wifi. I just don't like that some reviews are misleading.
Good price Good beds Clean room Friendly staff
Cigarette smell in room (although it was not allowed to smoke in the rooms)
Location - convenient for getting to/from CDG airport Metro is right outside the hotel The staff (receptionist) was very pleasant The new refurbishment of the hotel Size of the room is actually a bit bigger than average Paris hotel Very clean
At a metro station
Located in an area that doesn't live a lot of French people but people from other cultures and religions, the place can be characterized "unsafe" late at night. "Superior double" with road view was significantly smaller than "plain" room with a view to a yard.
very clean, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent continental breakfast, calm and relatively quiet, not,too bad location either as easily accessible by public transport
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The neighborhood was diverse, and you can find different sorts of restaurants and grocery stores around the hotel, some open until very late night. Close to the metro station. If it fits one's budget range, never should hesitate!
A bit far from the city center! It takes a bit less than half an hour to reach the touristic areas, but you do it once a day usually!
quality of bed, cleanliness, hotel front desk staff, near good restaurants, short distance to airport; shuttle service available to airport at reasonable cost.
nothing; we realize that this is Paris and rooms are expensive; we selected this hotel because of the 30 minute shuttle to airport and good location. It was very clean, and shower was excellent. The bed was very clean and very comfortable.
Good quality-price ratio. Front street a little noisy in the morning during the week, but windows blocked most of the sound. If you have light sleep ask for room in the back. Coffee and tea for free at the reception. The 9 eur for breakfast is worthwhile as it is easy to pay 9 eur for a cappucino and a small toast in Paris. In the hotel you can eat all you want and be fueled for a day of work or walking through the city. Good location, 50m from the subway station. Restaurants around the area if you are not too picky. Staff is very kind. We would stay there again for sure.
Located next to a subway exit the hotel is comfortable and decently equipped. Good internet connection and plenty of TV channels.
A small fridge would be useful.
