The hotel is centrally located so you can easily get to the beach or the town centre. There is also car parking at the back of the hotel - 10 euros a day - but worth it as there did not seem to be a lot of other spaces in the immediate vicinity. For non-French speaking guests the manager speaks fluent English and is very helpful. The air-con in the bedroom was very welcome as coming from the uk we are not used to hot summer evenings :) Maybe a bit of routine maintenance needed in the bedroom - there were a few bulbs out in the bedroom and one in bathroom which made it a bit dark - we should have mentioned it but kept forgetting.

The location is good between the core of the town and the beach. The owner of the hotel was present and helpful. It was good to have a fridge in the room. The hotel breakfast is very expensive thus we had breakfast in the room. The room is small for two persons. We would have liked to have a table in the room. Now there is a desk. The closing of doors woke me up at night/early mornings.

We chose this hotel as it had secured parking and we could leave the car there and catch a train into Nice. The room was adequately equipped but not especially so, but it was remarkably quiet - presume good sound-proofing as the road outside was noisy at street-level. Staff were very good, polite and helpful (and kind to my efforts in French!)

Pas de restauration, pas de parcking !!! si mais payant à 10€, sinon la rue, ou il n'y a pas de place...donc le coût de la chambre n'est plus le même !! Chambre + repas exterieur + parcking c'est le prix d'un 3 étoiles !!

Très bon aceuil, sympatique. Chambre agréable. Bonne situation, pas loin du bord de mer, de la gare... Lors d'un nouveau séjour à Cagne je choisirais à nouveau cet hotel.

Staff gentile e disponibile - vicino alla spiaggia (camminata di 5 min. ma avendo il cane era perfetto) Il prezzo della colazione era abb. elevato - e ho dovuto pagare per il mio piccolo amico (cagnolina di 5 kg) 10 euro al giorno!

Amabilité de l'accueil, gentillesse ,à l'écoute . Facilité pour trouver l'hôtel qui se trouve bien placé en ville, au calme, loin du tumulte du bord de mer, mais pas si loin de la vie estivale et touristique . Bons matelas . Propreté dans la salle de bain un peu juste, rideaux tellement gris de saleté ! Tapisserie défraichie, ambiance vieillotte...

Assolutamente niente,hotel struttura datata anche internamente,paghi un 2 stelle per 3. Da aggiungere al prezzo gia' alto 20 euro fra colazione e posto auto.... Finche la gente ci va fanno bene

Спасибо за хорошее отношение персонала.Пляж в 7минутах от отеля Были проездом,остановились переночевать,парковку охраняемая без проблем.Завтрак брали 9 евро с человека круассан,кофе сок,все.Интернет хороший даже в номере.За эти деньги переночевать. Запах в отеле специфический,требуется ремонт.Полотенца застиранные,не приятно.
