This is my 5th time to Paris and this is one of the best hotel I have stayed so far .The location is excellent as it was just beside the Metro and a few steps away from Arc De Tromp. The airport express bus is just directly opposite and is so convenient to take the bus to the airport than taxi. The fact that is near Champs élysées where we have most of our dinner as there were a few good restaurants there and near the shopping streets making it so convenient . The hotel also have a bath tub and the room is clean though not very spacious but is comfortable for 2 luggage. The staff is friendly and I will definitely stay here again if I do come back Paris. It will be nice if they do have family room as the last time I went with my 3 kids I only can book an apartment. Nothing except it will be good if they have family room which can accommodate up to 5 persons.

Very welcoming hotel in outstanding position. We were given two large comfortable rooms with balcony views of the Arc de Triomphe. The staff were very attentive to our needs. Great breakfast provided. In view of the amenities and the position, we thought it was great value for money. Will definitely come back next time we're in Paris.

Excellent location-airbus,metro,taxis and rer to Disneyland right outside yet room was noise-proof, with many extras. Many eating possibilities (fast food & french cuisine) all around.Quiet neighborhood.Top floor has great view. Walkable access to most tourist attractions or else taxi costs about 10-12euros to the Louvre, the Orsay museum and the Eiffel tower,depending on traffic.Would stay there again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect - we travelled on the metro from Disneyland Paris and then having the AirFrance shuttle to CDG across the road was great. Our room was lovely and of course the view from the balcony was amazing. Sound-proofing in the next room and it was a little pricey.

Rooms are relatively clean and stuff are very helpful with the different reservation(taxi, dinner, breakfast, etc). No hot water boiler was provided in the room and there is no complimentary water. During our stay at level 3, all rooms are under renovation except for our 2 rooms and there was heavy smell of paint during the day.

Aircon is off during the winter.. It was warm inside and the staff simply said that it's the hotel policy not to operate ACs throughout the whole winter season!! That was quite disappointing to us!!

The room was clean and beds very comfortable. The shower worked properly!! The staff were very pleasant and showed an interest in your pursuits of the day. Farouq, a member of staff who was there the evening we arrived, was particularly pleasant, good humoured and informative. Very happy with trip overall. Thanks

Location and price was reasonable as booked last minute. Felt that staff would prefer we spoke French then English. Felt little pressured to book tours through concierge (which was at a much higher price than organising ourselves online).

Staff are fantastic and very friendly and helpful, not quite what you're led to believe Parisians are like. Room was a little small for a junior suite but beautifully appointed and comfortable. Location was ideal for us as we had family nearby. Perfect for a city break though as it's adjacent to the Arc de Triumph. The only down side for me was the faint smell of cigarette smoke in the corridors and the room. It was a non smoking room and when we enquired we were told you are permitted to smoke on the balconies.

There is also a cafe/rest named Le Vin Cœur (Heart of Wine) acroos the street, full of local people in the evenings. Ask for a room with balcony, or a view to see Etoile. Have a nice stay.

Location and service is perfect ! Highly appreciated the free WIFI possibility ! The view from the balcony is also very romantic and unforgattable ! Perfect for business or tourist travellers ! The gardrobe of the rooms are relatively small- however acceptable for the favour of the rest of the room field.

Lo.cation Room was much too small - more like a large cupboard. Insuffecient storage space for clothes. Shower flooded bathroom. Poor concierge service. Bar (featured on web site) not open. Will not go there again.

The location is perfect. 100m til Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees, 30 min walking distance to Eiffel Tower. Just around corner there is a restaurant Salon de Cristal with fantastic quiche, creme brule, onion soup, steak and good white wine Chardonnay and red wine Bordeaux. Elevators are very small. The breakfast is 25EUR hence I recommend eating at Salon de Cristal.

The location is great. Close to the Arc and to the shopping district. Plus there is a metro literally outside the hotel which makes traveling around Paris that much easier. The concierge, Arthur was exceptionally helpful. Explained how to get where ever I needed to go very well and also cheerfully made bookings for me and my daughters. I will definitely stay here again :)
