Just a 2 minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the famous Champs-Elysées, Splendid Etoile offers Louis XV-style rooms with marble bathrooms, and contemporary-style bedrooms. The location was ideally located for strolling, shopping, sightseeing. The staff were very friendly and assistive. The beds were very comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean. The breakfast was way overpriced and the dining room needs additional manpower. One waiter is simply not enough for lunch and dinner.

Location. Friendliness of staff. Quality of room and view. Only very minor/trivial points. Towels were changed despite the eco-notice (we didn't leave them in the bath). Breakfast order was wrong both days.

It was very good for the arc de triomphe and the champs elysees there was plenty of café and bars The room was a bit small and dark and had no view was very disappointing also when we first arrived the room smelt musty

I describe the best position .staff so friendly .very comfortable .very clean .if I put an note 9/10!!!I wish I could stay when I travelling in Paris .(ex Parisienne).very easy from roissy airport .the shuttle arrive just opposite of hotel . Price!!!! Because I am pensioner !!!!!and not in business !

The location is wonderful, as well as the view over the Arc de Triomphe from the balcony, breakfasts are very good, staff is friendly, WiFi works efficiently, room has been cleaned well The breakfast is a little bit expensive in our view

The staff are all very friendly, the hotel very clean and relaxing..such a short stay but we really enjoyed this hotel and surely when we come back, this is the same hotel we are going to booked and recommend to our friends and relatives.

The room was beautiful, located right next to L'Arc de Triomphe. Perfect location and very safe for a mom and her daughter. Breakfast at 25 euro wasn't worth even checking it out.

Staff were friendly and cooperative. I got my room at 10:00 a.m. When I requested to change my room, they immediately gave me a larger one. The location is excellent, just a few steps from CDG Etoile metro station. Also, a few minutes from Champs Elysees. Shuttle buses to the airport stop is across the street I think breakfast is not worth 25 euros.

The location - literally across the road from the Arc de Triumph, the Champs Elysee, several superb restaurants and the Metro. We also appreciated the hotels high standards of comfort and customer service - as good as you can get anywhere. Nothing!

Rooms were very well furnished with high ceilings and if you're lucky, a balcony view of the Arc. Bathroom toilet is a little tight and I'd consider myself small in stature so that says a lot. Don't try to take the stairs/ emergency exit, got lost scared the crap out of our girlfriends exited through the restaurant kitchen. Elevators only carry two at a time.
