Superb location with a beautiful view to the Lake Annecy and right next to the old town. You step out of the hotel to the magnificent mountain view and when you turn the corner you face the pictoresque and romantic old town. From the other corner you turn directly to the shopping street. Perfect. No complaints. |

The hotel is close to the old quarter of the town with a wide range of restaurants. The level of traffic outside the hotel was so high we could not stop to unload. They have a parking arrangement with the Hotel de Ville, which is 200 yards away, and had to carry our luggage to and from there. This was inconvenient as we were only staying one night! |

The hotel was well located and the room was comfortable. Staff were very helpful in arranging for parking in nearby car park and getting discount. Would have liked room with a view as requested. |

I stayed with my husband for one night and I never imagined what a wonderful location the hotel has! The staff (I mean all of them) were wonderful and did everything they could to make our stay splendid! THe parking is good and the location in the old city is perfect! I recommend! I didnt really like the wood floor, because sometimes I could hear someone walking on the room upstairs, but nothing that would make me wake up in the middle of the night! |

Everything was perfect. Public parking just 200 meters from the hotel (hotel gives a ticket for free parking at night). Dogs allowed (we've been there with our 42kg male dobermann). |

The hotel was well presented, clean and tidy having been refurbished to a high standard recently. There was no coffee or tea facilities in the room. |

Convenient location, view of lake. Very good breakfast. Car parking nearby. I did not like the wooden floors in the bedroom as you could hear the guests moving about in the rooms above and next door, not restful if they go to bed late and get up early. |
