Clean and a comfortable bed :-)

Open shower, bathroom is wet afterwards. Room little too small. Dog at the reseption ...

no complaints about the hotel at all would give it 10 out of 10 :)

no parking close the hotel and not being able to get anything to eat locally apart from the local supermarket or McDonalds!!!!

The hotel is actually located in a convenient place for tourists. Close to Piazza Garibaldi, where buses to various destinations. Close to the historic center (Old Town), shops and museums. Very polite and extremely helpful staff. Good breakfast, consistent with the stated amount.

No curtain in the bathroom, so not very convenient to wash

Got to the hotel late but was still offered a tea or coffee. The bed was extremely comfortable and had a fantastic nights sleep. Very clean crisp white sheets and clean towels daily. Staff very helpful and given maps and directions for where you wanted to go.

Shower over bath but shower head was fixed above the taps in bath instead of above head so had to use one hand to wash hair and one hand to hold shower, however it was very powerful.

1. Near TRAM and train station. 2. Near Acropolis Covection center. Yet nearly no traffic noise heard when the window is open. 3. Nearby Carrefour available for daily supplies. 4. Very clean, comfortable bed. 5. Wifi is fast for listening to on-line broadcast and web-broswing simultaneously.

1. The bathroom is small without curtain to avoid splashing while taking a shower. 2. Small room. 3. But it's reasonable when taking the room fare into consideration. By the way, it dose not matter since during daytime I did not stay at the room, and returned just for sleeping.

The staff were really lovely and helpful. The breakfast was very good. I loved the delicious prunes every morning. My room was really quiet, as requested. The location was excellent, just 5 mins from Nice Riquier train station, where trains go all the sea-side towns along the coast.The hotel was lovely, very clean and nice design. It was amazing value for money and I would definitely stat there again.

Warm friendly atmosphere

The hotel is located in a quiet street near the tram station and near the train station Nice Riquier. The staff is friendly and rooms are very clean. Good value for money.

The rooms are small for 2 people, but for one person it is ok. The breakfast could be better.

Location, price, service, cleanliness

AC didn't seem to work, but it didn't bother us. No shower curtain, so floors wet after showering, but we put towel on the floor, so it was not a big issue. In general we liked our stay.

The receptions were extremely friendly and helpful in assisting me to plan my day trips around Nice. My room as small but the bed was comfortable. Wifi internet was fine, no connection or signal problem

I thought the shower/bathroom was not the quality of a three star hotel. They might be in the process of renovating the lobby because it was a mess. I did enjoy my stay but the quality was not worth 105 euros per night.

Very friendly staff. Good location near to centre of city, closed to the tram station (50 meters), closed to the railway station direction Monako or Cannes (500 meters). Good ration between quality/location and price of the hotel.

Small rooms. OK for 2-3 days staying but not for longer holiday.

Clean, good that we only paid 89€ per double room because any amount more than that would have been too much. Staff however was helpful and kind, they even made efforts to speak italian and english. Breakfast is 10€ which is not bad (although I cannot judge the quality as we did not have it) and parking is 12€ which is ok, considering they give you a parking spot in a garage which is 500mt away from the hotel.

I was expecting more based on the reviews I read here from other users. 4 user-stars is really over rated. Room was tiny. Check-in took forever and we were only 4 not 20. Elevator is the smallest I have ever seen. So is the tv, which was even placed high up on the wall so very difficult to watch. Honestly would not go back unless I found the same price.

very good price/quality ratio; very very friendly and helpful staff, quite big room. Sea (English promenade) is 15 min from Hotel, also Old Nice City is just 10 min by foot. Train station (if you want to go to Cannes, Antibes, Monaco..) is 10 min by train from hotel.

We have spent a wonderful time in Nice as a part of our Honey moon trip and are very happy about Hotel and Staff! Each evening we ve been recommended a new place for dinner (depending on our preferences). Staff was very helpful with advices on location, sites and shopping. Breakfasts were excellent as well as a nice clean room (cleaning every day). Highly recommended :))))))))

The helpfulness of the people/staff.

The internet access was not workin g on Windows Vista & Andoid 4.0. The Diagnois returened a dns lookup error. The Hotel were very good to involve the Informatics people who confirmed what I said. We manually configured the dns lookup ip address which patched the routing error. I had to reset the dns lookup after I restarted my pc.

Well-run hotel with friendly helpful staff who speak English. The Buffet Breakfast provided a wide range of food and we felt it was good value for money. Location was very convenient for the tram stop and ten minutes walk from the airport bus 98 in a quiter part of Nice. The four restuarants recommended by the hotel staff in the local area were all excellent. Overall we were made very welcome.

The staffs were very polite and the beds were very comfortable. The location was excellent.It is just a few steps away from the convention center and just a few minutes walk away from Garibaldi Square.The trams were right outside our hotel, making it so convenient to explore Nice. Although it is in the city center, there was no traffic noise.

The rooms were quite small, and there was no tea-making facilities. Breakfast at 10 euros was very basic.

Staff, room, price

Willingness of staff to make me feel comfortable as a new tourist in France. It was great fun to speak French with the staff as well. They went out of their way to serve.
