Hôtel Esprit d'Azur    

Muy buena la atención del personal, un trato personalizado... la ubicación es muy buena porque está a una cuadra de la estación del tranvía, mediante el cual es posible moverse fácilmente. El sector es tranquilo. La habitación ha sido bonita, cómoda y con todo lo necesario para una buena estancia en Niza.

Realmente nos ha gustado todo. Nuestra estadia fue excelente y la atencion de sus dueños es impecable. Recomendamos este hotel un 100%.

Clean, good that we only paid 89€ per double room because any amount more than that would have been too much. Staff however was helpful and kind, they even made efforts to speak italian and english. Breakfast is 10€ which is not bad (although I cannot judge the quality as we did not have it) and parking is 12€ which is ok, considering they give you a parking spot in a garage which is 500mt away from the hotel.

I was expecting more based on the reviews I read here from other users. 4 user-stars is really over rated. Room was tiny. Check-in took forever and we were only 4 not 20. Elevator is the smallest I have ever seen. So is the tv, which was even placed high up on the wall so very difficult to watch. Honestly would not go back unless I found the same price.

very good price/quality ratio; very very friendly and helpful staff, quite big room. Sea (English promenade) is 15 min from Hotel, also Old Nice City is just 10 min by foot. Train station (if you want to go to Cannes, Antibes, Monaco..) is 10 min by train from hotel.

We have spent a wonderful time in Nice as a part of our Honey moon trip and are very happy about Hotel and Staff! Each evening we ve been recommended a new place for dinner (depending on our preferences). Staff was very helpful with advices on location, sites and shopping. Breakfasts were excellent as well as a nice clean room (cleaning every day). Highly recommended :))))))))

The helpfulness of the people/staff.

The internet access was not workin g on Windows Vista & Andoid 4.0. The Diagnois returened a dns lookup error. The Hotel were very good to involve the Informatics people who confirmed what I said. We manually configured the dns lookup ip address which patched the routing error. I had to reset the dns lookup after I restarted my pc.

Well-run hotel with friendly helpful staff who speak English. The Buffet Breakfast provided a wide range of food and we felt it was good value for money. Location was very convenient for the tram stop and ten minutes walk from the airport bus 98 in a quiter part of Nice. The four restuarants recommended by the hotel staff in the local area were all excellent. Overall we were made very welcome.

The staffs were very polite and the beds were very comfortable. The location was excellent.It is just a few steps away from the convention center and just a few minutes walk away from Garibaldi Square.The trams were right outside our hotel, making it so convenient to explore Nice. Although it is in the city center, there was no traffic noise.

The rooms were quite small, and there was no tea-making facilities. Breakfast at 10 euros was very basic.

Staff, room, price

Willingness of staff to make me feel comfortable as a new tourist in France. It was great fun to speak French with the staff as well. They went out of their way to serve.

The owner and the staff was extremely friendly and tolortable. We were allowed to stay a little late because a buddy of mine was drunk the day before. He also offered us to park our car for a while for free. We left him a lithuanian beer for a gratitude. Certainly offer 100% recommendation to other traveller

Room was extremely small but I think suitable for the budget

Extremely welcoming team of staff, very comfortable room, great location at a great price.

The staff and hotel owners were very welcoming and hospitable. Upon my late arrival, none of the local restaurants were open, and after traveling all day, the owner made sure I had something to eat and drink. It was totally unexpected and she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. As a solo traveller, I truly appreciated it!! The room was perfect. It was clean, had wifi and a great location for the conference I was attending just down the road.

Very close to center and of course exhibition center, the pulic transportation (tram) just one step from the exit. Very friendly staff!!!!

If you are travelling with family then I don't reccommend this hotel.. It is good to spend alone for very few days..
