great facility onsite bar traveler oriented helpful staff
wifi was a bit spotty
Staff was kind enough
There is no wifi in the room even corridor. And if go downstair, it's noisy and messy. one day elevator was out of order, other day wifi was out of order. What the... and roompeople were so noisy in midnight.
Loved the bar downstairs, great staff and a good price.
Shared bathroom for private rooms.
The hostel has a lively atmosphere with the bar downstairs. Nevertheless, it is quiet upstairs and I was on the first floor. The breakfast was pretty good too. I would definitely recommend this hostel, although I will warn you that it is a bit far out.
It is a bit far, but for the price it is excellent.
Nice friendly staff. I accidentally booked a female bed (my first time at a hostel), the staff was nice enough to switch me to a male floor. The facilities are nice and clean. Bring a lock that has a longer shackle than normal for the pull out storage in the room. Shorter ones will give you issues with closing and opening. I had a Master 105D and it barely locked into place. Also, bring lots of euro coins for the lockers, washing machines etc.
Location, staff, breakfast, security, bedroom, warm system, bathroom
They worst wi fi ever! Diz not work in my room. The smell of the male bathroom on the third floor. The prices (very expensive for a hostel). The lockers, that only accept those big padlockers (and nobody warn about that before).
Location was good. Food was good
1) Bathrooms and shower area were average 2)There was a group of boisterous drunken youngsters next door who kept us awake all night
Friendly staff and great bar/cafe where socializing for solo travellers is a breeze!
Very American based hostel, burgers, football games etc. It kinda of just took away the romance of France! Far away from the city centre, easy to get to, but far away
Breakfast Curtain of each bed
The bathroom were clean!
There were fleas on the bed!!!!! The room was dirty and the staff let the people eat inside. The lift didn't work and I was in 5 floor!! No wifi in the room!! The dishes were dirty always!! The women staff don't like to help, they get angry easily and answer in bad mood. Is the worst hostel that I have ever been!!!
The breakfast The comfortable beds The heating was working good The showers ans toilettes clean The lockers service The staff very nice The very low price The chill room and the music
We literally saw a MOUSE on the chill room, like, that's gross for me! And some friends told me that their beds were infested with bedbugs (lucky me because mine was clean) but, You should put an eye on it Also, the internet has troubles
Everything! The staff was awesome!
It's not in the best area, although it is close to a metro stop.
clean bathrooms, nice beds, nice staff, location is amazing and near metro station + they had free tour through paris and breakfast was great
couldn't use their phone even tho i wanted to pay, hostel computers had laptops for high price that lagged and had only internet explorer, so computer internet was out of the option, free mobile phone wifi didn't recognize me as a guest for 3 days
Loved(!!!!!) the location! So close to the metro that will take you right to the louvre, loved the staff!! The cold breakfast was really nice to have. Can't get enough French bread. Also, pretty good music. And the fact that they offered tours to Versailles was a really good bonus! We weren't sure we'd have time, but the shuttle came right to the hostel.
Not too fond of the bathrooms, but hey! It is a hostel.
Stayed one night in the female dorms and it was fine for a night. It was clean, provided a locker (bring your own lock), beds had curtains which was very nice and the free breakfast was simple yet satisfying. Seemed like an ideal party hostel, not my scene but it's a decent location and price.
The hostel remained a bit loud and the bed wasn't the most comfortable. Again it's a party hostel so know what you're getting into.
The location, the bar, the friendly stuff, they all speak English, and I think some of them were English.
Wi fi!! I was on the 4th floor, there was no wi fi, I had to go down the lobby to get connected. Towels!! U can only rent towel, u give 10€ deposit , then they give u back only 6€!! No shampoo in the showers !
Everything was bad
Free breakfast and location
Really liked that there was a female only floor. If you need a place to store your luggage, the locker room is great. Metro is within walking distance. Value for money is pretty good, spacious rooms.
The area isn't the best and at night it's a bit sketchy. Some male staff thought that my safety was a joke as on two separate occasions they sent me the wrong direction and even laughed that they were sending me to the "ghetto" were it was unsafe. Lockers in the room were good to have but u need a certain lock to lock it. Also, make sure that if your in a dorm that everyone knows how to lock the door. On many occasions I came back to a room that was unlocked because my dorm mates had no idea how to lock the door.
William is a staffer and was constantly helping us! Always giving us the tips and best deals to make our stay the best! Thank you!
Bathrooms were not that cleanly but not bad.
- Good drink specials (okay, beer is not really cheap, but still cheaper than in most of Paris) - Clean room. - Nice Pub and Club in the house.
- Loud doors.
The hostel is not in the city center, but It's near from two metros, which have easy connections to many touristic attractions. The staff from the reception are really helpful and gave me all the necessary information. The bar is nice and is not so expensive! I loved the fact that we have a night club inside of the hostel, however the noise stays downstairs and the rooms are quiet. The bathroom was clean and the room as well. The breakfast was included in the price and had one good quality!
Some securities were impolite and rude. One day at 22pm arrived a man (staff from the hostel) in our female room, discussing about a bed confusion, and the noise woke up some that were sleeping. In another day they made another mess about the beds and many girls changed the room, or arrived in their beds and It was occupied for another person. They need to improve this organization.
Good location, quite cheap as for Paris
Loud, not that clean, not too cozy
Quietness. The canal is a good feature for the hostel. Always clean.
Showers are fairly aweful. Water leaked through the ceiling from floor above. Wifi isn't the strongest.
The canal, staff, the internet access.
Two lockers were damaged in my dorm, I wasn't able to use a padlock to keep my belongings safe.
