Excellent staff, all very friendly and helpful When we ordered a cab to the airport on our last day, the receptionist rang "some friend" who overcharged us by 30 Euros (we paid 72 Euros instead of 40 for a normal cab (which is what we ordered)). |

The staff, especially Jean was so welcoming and helpful, he went out of his way to ensure guests are at ease. Secondly location, stone throw distance from Arc De Triomphe, even closer to a couple of metro stations. The carpet was too spotty and dirty, needs an immediate replacement. |

Rooms are newly renovated and very clean/ comfortable. It was initially a little difficult to find as it is off two small side streets. No view but you don't see Paris from your hotel room! |

Staff freindly and helpfull. Situation of hotel very central but quiet. Room comfortable and clean. The safe provided was not in working order. Shower although works properly was not able to stay in place. I think some attention to maintenance needs to be seen to. |

It was is a very good location for everything to be accessed easliy and with having the Arc De Triomphe nearby was easy to know where you where if lost in the side streets whilst exploring. |

The location of the Hotel was excellent. We were within feet from the Etoile, Metro, Champs Elysses, and the Air France Les Cars to go to the Airport. Also, the Hotel had free internet with the use of your own lap-top. That was very useful to check on reservation, maps, locations and direction We stayed on the sixth floor of the Hotel. Few times a fowl smell would come up not from the Bathroom. We could not figure out from where it was coming from. However, we would open the window and it would go away quickly. |
