Best Western Star Champs-Elysées

Мы проживали в этом отеле в августе 2009 года в номере на двоих. С нами был маленький ребенок (мы привезли свою кровать). Хотя администрация отеля предупреждала нас, что номер очень маленький, мы этого не почувствовали. Жили втроем, и не замечали неудобств. Звукоизоляция - супер, никто не мешал, звуков с улицы не слышно. Гардины на окнах светонеприницаемые, так что свет не мешал спать по утрам. Машину оставили прямо под окнами, на другой стороне улицы, что тоже было очень удобно. Приветливый персонал, хорошая уборка номера. Всем большое спасибо.

Location is great - close to Arc de Triomphe, close to RER, Metro and main buses. At the same time located in a very quiete road.

Location: 100 metres from Charles-de-Gaulle metro station with access to the most practical metro lines.

1) Receptionist could not find reservation and was not particularly pleasant until he realized he did have it. To his credit, he was very pleasant from then on but it would have been nice to have skipped the initial unpleasantness. 2) Room was much smaller than what was pictured on the photograph on booking.com. and one of the smallest I have had in Paris (I stay in Paris hotels approx. 50 nights per year.) Impossible to close bathroom door and use toilet at same time. Size of room and fact that I felt misled by picture are reasons I would not return.

Room was very small, but comfortable.

The bed was very, very comfortable and the hotel was quiet and relaxing. It was close to all the major attractions especially with the subway (Metro) right around the corner. The housekeeping staff were efficient and I did not find them noisy at all. I will be back to Paris next year with friends and plan to stay here again as it was the perfect place to explore the city from and then come back to and relax with a good nights sleep each evening!

At first, I was disappointed that I was kind of down the hill and couldn't see any of the city lights from my hotel. But then, after realizing that I was seeing the city lights up close and personal each night and coming back to the hotel just to sleep anyway, it really didn't matter. The only other thing was the breakfast....I had the 5 euro one once and it wasn't really worth it....also, I went to the buffet breakfast just to look and didn't see anything worth eating and certainly not worth the 13 euro price.
