Trevligt och mysigt hotell med bra, prisvärd frukostbuffé. Läget var helt perfekt med sitt lugna läge och närheten till Place de l'Etoile. Vi var där som stadsturister och kunde inte hamnat bättre. Trevlig tillmötesgående personal. Efter hemkomsten upptäckte jag att man preliminärdebiterat mitt VISA-kort två gånger, alltså med dubbla beloppet. Man får hoppas att endast en debitering exekveras! (Forfarande fem dagar efter hemkomsten kvarstår detta). Detta är förvisso inte relaterat till hotellet som sådant men påverkar ju ändå totalupplevelsen. |

Det var en lugn atmosfär som infriade till avkoppling och mycket trevlig personal som även var bra på engelska. Luktade rök varje gång vi kom in i vårt hotellrum. Lukten försvann dock så fort man startade luftknditioneringen. |

Bra läge, rent och snyggt nyreparerat hotell med bra standard och nya moderna möbler. Vi hade bokat ett rum med 2 stycken queensize sängar för 3 personer och fick ett rum med 1 vanlig dubbelsäng och en extrabädd för samma pris med påstående att det var vad vi bokat. Dålig stil. |

Läget. Frukosten. Internetuppkoppling underlättade medhavt arbete. Sängen var kort och hård. Det fanns bara en stol i rummet (ett dubbelrum). |

Everything was nice. I read some of the reviews before my arrival and they all were pretty much true, the staff was great and very accomidating. |

The room and the bathroom are very clean. Nice and helpful hotel staff. Good location. Free WiFi in the room and there is a PC for guest use in the lobby. The breakfast is too expensive. |

Great location, quiet street but close to shops and restaurants, proximity to RER, very accommodating staff, very pretty lobby area Breakfast was not great. Acceptable, but not alot of variety or high quality choices |

The hotel staff was very helpful. The hotel was ok. Would not go back and stay there. The maid not cleaning the room one day. Entering the room and wanting to put fresh towels in the room while I was in bef. Language was a barrier. |

Great location, very close to the Arch de Triumph and Metro Station. Very nice staff and the rooms are clean. Room size is a bit small, yet it is acceptable. |

The room was more spacious than I expected. There was free access to the Internet. There was a mini bar and tea facilities if requested. The room was spotless and the location could not have been more central. Although it was very close to the Arc De Triomph it was a very quiet location. The staff were very helpful and polite. Tea making facilities could be provided without having to request it. |

The rooms were modern and clean. The room was clean and the bed very comfy!!! Bathroom nice. Great location so close to arc de triomphe and champs elysees. A great hotel, would recommend. |

The hotel was brilliant,reasonable rate, comfy bed,friendly staff, great room and wonderful location. Unwittingly we were close to the on/off city tour bus and the Air France bus to take us to the airport Thank you, also great restaurant at end of the street, Le Hide. |
