The location near the tram, the price of the room, beds made every day, 24-hour reception, tv

Beds clean, but the rest of the room is not. Serious stains on carpet and on the walls. Also the rooms are tiny, just as the bathroom.

The location is very good. It's close to the main train station and also has a tram stop in front of the hotel. Good but quite expensive breakfast.

The people who work in the hotel don't speak english. I suggest you take a french dictionary with you!

Really very close to railway station

Poor staff. Our room was out of hot water. The reception guy simply told us there was a technical problem and there would definitely no hot water that day. We could not take shower and checked out the next day. Until then the reception woman said she can arrange us a room for shower but it was too late. We would never ever recommend this hotel to others.

the room hadn't central heating neither hot water. Me and my wife (is pregnant) got a cold, and still are sick. Staff told us that clients were aware of not having hot water, we were not told. It's unnacceptable we had to pay for such service. At least we want our money back or ww'll fill a ticket at the tourism watch dog offices.

The reception staff were very helpful, polite, spoke good English. Allowed us to leave our bags after checking out until we left Bordeaux.

Walls in the room and general hotel were grubby and stained. Toilet in room was constantly running. Smelled very damp. Toilet in reception was not clean.

It had 24hr reception so we could escape early

The room was dirty and couldent wait to get out left at 4.45 a.m

1. Good location - close to the Gare St.Jean (1-2 min) and city center / attractions (5-20 minutes of walking), very close to the stop of a c Tram. 2. Quite nice and quite English speaking reception (24 hours!) - mostly very friendly and helpful. 3. An independent regulated heater in the room - it makes you much warmer if you want. 4. Good quality of TV picture and quite many channels. 5. Quite convenient parking next door for 7 euro per night (you get a number for the automatic gate) - it is not that easy to park in Bordeaux (week days especially).

1. Internet only in their lobby where there is just one electricity socket and some 10-14 seats around 3-4 tables. 2. Dark corridors - if you turn the lights on they automatically turn off in a while. This is very irritating when you go with bags and don't see room numbers, where to insert the key and don't know where to turn the lights on. 3. When we stuck at night in Bordeaux airport (we returned rented car there and weren't able to get out for 2 hours - airport was fully dead and only rabbits felt great there!) hotel reception didn't want to call a taxi for us. It was an emergency for us - 2 winter hours without any chance of getting out of the airport, so I had to threaten the reception guy and only then he called a taxi and we were eventually saved and delivered to the hotel for 66 euro by an official taxi. We didn't try their breakfast .

The location is perfect, and there's a supermarket just behind. The tramway can be taken just in the front and get you straight to the city center in no time. The room is cleaned every day (I stayed 2 nights and have been pleased to find my room and bathroom clean).

The gentleman at the desk is very unfriendly. The check-in is slow, and when I came back at night and requested my key, he asked me few times "Are you sure you left it here?" (Which I did, of course) I had to wait a long minutes to get a copy of the key and finally get in my room. The bathroom is very small, and you'll get water all over the walls. Towels are tiny-tiny, maybe bring your own.
