Friendly staff, a good no frills bread and breakfast, a good experience for the back packer away for a few days. not a family themed hotel but you get what you pay for, very close to the Swiss border, easy bus access to airport and Geneva. Very reasonable. |

Hotel staff is very friendly, very close to bus stops, restaurants, airport and Geneve. Price and location couldn't be better. The beds are terrible, mattresses are old and need to be changed. |

I went in that hotel because of the cat exposition in Geneve. the hotel was Very very very easy to find, very near to restaurants, supermarkets and Geneve too! Clean room, staff very kind, not expansive and animals are welcome for free! probably the only negative aspect I found was that breakfast is not included and if you want it you have to pay 7€ (I didn't pay it, I went in a bar...) |

Price and Location Airport bus schedule in the lobby is not correct. It needs to check the schedule directly at a bus stop near the hotel. No shuttle bus service. |

-Easy access to bus to airport and to Geneva. Easy access to supermarkets and a few restaurants. Room is basic and a bit cramped, but not to the extend it is disturbing. Compared to other hotels in the Geneva area, the 45 euro a night was good value. They gave me room 16, which had a humid smell, and had wet carpet. But after I complained, they gave me another room, which was fine. Staff (especially the man working late shifts) was friendly and tried to help. |

Clean towels, sheets, and toilet paper were provided. It was easy and economical to catch the bus and arrive at the airport in a timely basis. The bathroom was a unique design...efficient. |

Chose the hotel purely for the proximity to geneva airport, it didn't dissapoint on this front. Guy on reception was friendly and efficient. Appearance wise the room was very poor although it did appear to be clean. The linen was clean as were the towels. A small safe and TV in the room were added benefits. You are issued with a code on check-in which gives you access to your room and also to the building once reception is closed. During the evening reception is locked up and there are no staff on site. There are a couple of restaurants within a short walk and a supermarket if you fancy just a snack. There are a couple of petrol stations nearby which allow you to re-fuel your rental before returning to the aiport. |

Near the airport, but in france... Only euros accepted. Expect to pay 30 chf or 25 euros for your taxi ride to and from the airport. Was not in a good location. |

The staff were very helpful and pleasant and even allowed us to arrive and check in before 10am as we had come in on an early international flight and were very tired. Some hotels make you wait until at least 12. It was also very quiet in spite of its location next to the airport. |

no staff available to check-in. Had to go to sister hotel to obtain key code which was wrong so had to do the journey again to be given another code ... a telephone link on site would save the problem |
