The staff was amazing, helpful and English speking. Big comfy room with TV, free Wifi access and everyday's cleaning. Also there was a lift, huge windows and nice view to the roofs of the Paris. Great choice of restaurants around and shops as well.5 min walk to local Metro (undeground) station and max 10 min travelling to the City Centre. Just one - shower was broken, so water were everywhere on the floor. But maybe it was only in our room. |

A very nice hotel with good location (very close to Monmartre and metro stations). The room was quite spacious, with air conditioning, hairdrier and a kettle. Everything was very clean. The breakfast room was very sympa and the breakfast itself was OK. We found the hotel much better than expected based on reviews of 2 star Paris hotels. |

The staff were pleasant and it was clean. The breakfast was also nice. The fact that we were required to submit our room key to reception when we went out of the hotel. Sometimes we had to wait behind people checking in at reception when we wanted collected the key. |

Some staff of the hotel is super friendly, but some others are not as friendly, but thats human nature. I love the hotel, and found that the hotel is a chain hotel in france and its offers are really value for money. Small, but complete, especially the free WIFI feature, as well as the breakfast served. I am recommeding this hotel for friends! The hotel can be cleaner...cleanliness if the most important for a lot of people. |

Helpful and friendly staff Limited breakfast chose if got to breakfast room after 8 am. The rooms were a bit grubby in terms of décor, eg stained carpet. And needed easy maintenance. Eg door handle on bathroom was falling off and dodgy main door handle. This said beds were comfy, and Room and bathroom were clean and hygienic leading to a nice pleasant stay. |

This was the last hotel I stayed in after one month in France. It was my favourite one because of the location -close to metro and to Montmartre but on a quiet street away from all the noise; the appearance of the hotel was simple but modern, and the people who work there are so approachable and helpful. The room was very small, I had to put my luggage on a chair and the television was useless because it only had four channels and bad reception -but for the price it was worth it. |

cleaning, location the beds are a bit uncomfortable. the opposite hotel's restaurant is too noisy. you could sleep only by closed windows. |
