Nothing at Allllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll................. Worst hotel ever.... Toilets fishy smell, no laundry service and no iron availability, poor breakfast and bad quality food, noisy rooms......etc

Breakfast is good. Very-very good location near the shopping center and also historical center. I dont like that they dont have lunch boxes, but we have an early flight and we were hungry in the early morning while we were going to the airport.

Positive is free internet and breakfast The hotel have only 3 places in the garage and is only for small car or a very good driver for medium car. After that, you have to pay € 31 to park and is not near , about 400 M. Negative point is that. Parking too expense!! Too expensive for the location.

Breakfast is fine We stayed 3 nights. The phone was not working at check in. They fixed 2 days later, just the night before we left. Safe box was also not working at check in, they fixed it 1 day before we left. I cannot describe to you the elevators, so bad and slow. You pray to make it to the designated floor. We stayed in Best Western because a couple of friends we travelled with had made a reservation there. Our friends checked out the second day.

We had a superior double room with an excellent view over the Eiffel Tower. However, except the view, the room was very poorly equipped: the heater/air conditioning did not work and it was extremely cold, the bathroom door did not stay shut, etc. Not a pleasant experience!

Larger than usual rooms. Good powerful shower. Better than usual breakfast for France. Free internet access. Very clean. Relaxed atmosphere. Decor of hotel. Little facilities E.g bar, . Lifts could only carry 2 people.

The fact that it is near the champs only. It was a bad experiance considering it is a 4 stars hotel, there was no laundry service, no slippers , no one asnwers room service.we asked for extra towels and wasnt brought in. And it wasnt just our room. We had friends staying in at the same time. They asked for a iron and it wasnt available. What makes this hotel special is the location that's it.

Hotel and staff were fantastic, one word of caution don't visit the show LIDO the staff their are terrible and it was a rip off. You will not go wrong with this hotel

Buffet breakfast, tea time, spacious rooms, charming lobby,air conditioning and easy internet connections no restaurant, no hotel bar readely available, you had to ask concierge for drinks.Complimentary champagne should be served every day at tea time, and not only once upon your arrival. Room prices are high at least a glass of champagne daily,should be included. Room service was provided by outside suppliers delivering in motorcycles and not by the hotel.

Family room was very spacious, two adjoining rooms with two bathrooms, lovely comfortable beds. Fittings were very well appointed. Staff very friendly throughout hotel. No room service after 10.30 pm, not even able to get a beer! That's not 4 star. Even though we stayed for three nights our mini bar was not replenished with water for the entire stay. Only one big towel per bathroom even though there were four guests - a few more towels wouldn't hurt!

Only stayed here briefly for our first wedding night before leaving for our honeymoon. Everything was quite nice and as described. Well designed, clean and large room. Decent breakfast and convenient location. Fair price for Paris.

Ideal central location, staff very friendly and helpful, room always clean and tidy, we were on top floor and had spectacular view over to Montmarte and the Sacre Coeur. Tea time buffet is an excellent idea.

it is close to champ elysees This hotel is not more than 3 start and definitely not 4 star. the bathroom was horrible-smell and very small,items like shampoo was missing.Bathrobe were missing and we had only two small towels. the room was very small.The walls in the hotel are so thin that you could hear the breathe of your neighbor.We couldn't sleep as two girls next to us was talking the whole night and we heard everything.In conclusion from hotel charged me in advance for one night and when I checked out they said this was only deposit but not payment.I had to pay again but still this deposit is not available and it seem I paid double for that horible room.

Great location, good value for money and great services. The room was lovely, very large and had a really nice bathroom all of which were spotlessly clean. Room had tea/coffee making facilities which was great as well as a complementary (non-alcoholic) mini bar. Breakfast excellent, teatime buffet a lovely surprise as was the welcome glass of champagne. The hotel is just a five minute walk away from the Arc de Triomphe which as well as being one of the major tourist attractions also has a main Metro station for easy access to other areas including the RER to get to and from CDG airport. The hotel represented good value for money for the location.All in all we had a great stay, we hope to return and would definitely recommend to others.
