This hotel is not more than 3 start and definitely not 4 star. the bathroom was horrible-smell and very small,items like shampoo was missing.Bathrobe were missing and we had only two small towels. the room was very small.The walls in the hotel are so thin that you could hear the breathe of your neighbor.We couldn't sleep as two girls next to us was talking the whole night and we heard everything.In conclusion from hotel charged me in advance for one night and when I checked out they said this was only deposit but not payment.I had to pay again but still this deposit is not available and it seem I paid double for that horible room.

The staff was very helpful and the rooms was spacious

Good location, a short walk from l'Arc de Triomphe. The hotel is run with very few staff but they were all pleasant and helpful. Lounge area nicely furnished. After complaining about the tiny size of our booked "Superior Double", our upgraded room ("Premium Double") was large and comfortable with a walk-in closet and had a lovely new bathroom, although no shower enclosure so water went all over the floor!

We had booked and paid for a "Superior Double", on special offer seven months ago. We were shown to a tiny room, with minimal hanging space and we complained, as we were booked for 3 nights. We argued that "superior" means it should be better than the other double rooms. The hotel eventually upgraded us, without charge, to a "Premium Double". Breakfast was fine but the staff struggled to keep supplies coming (of cutlery, glasses, crockery and the cooked food) when the restaurant filled up around 10am.

Freindly helpful staff, super breakfast, convenient location walking distance to most west end Paris attractions.

Location of this hotel is especially convenient for city trips. In my opinion there was quite poor set of meals for breakfast. But all was very good in generally.

I enjoyed the superb location-close to 3 subways, a decent breakfast, lots of restaurants/shopping nearby. A good tourist-hotel that the whole family enjoyed, do not expect business-class luxury.

The location was very central. The breakfast was good as was tea time. The rooms were very comfortable and warm.

Having to wait for the lift to go to the forth floor and the internet reception in our room was not always strong enough.

Tv did not work. Was repaired the same day.

Safe did not work. Chap came to look at it. Left without a word, never to return. No soap/shampoo in the bathroom. Never arrived. Room bar had not been restocked after the last guest. Had to ask twice for this to happen. One of the chairs had graffiti on it. 4 stars, my foot!

The location is very close to the Champs-Elysees; easy walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable.

The rooms are very tiny and lack light; both natural and artificial. The elevators are Ancient. The showers flood the bathroom - floors and counters. Overall the hotel needs updating.
