I liked the suite, I liked your staff. The fact that I couldn't order the breakfast at 11 am and also the fact that you don't have a restaurant. |

The service was outstanding and friendly. When I had an issue with the room they moved me quickly and with very little fuss. The location for all the sights was also very good. I will be using this hotel again for my return trip. The hot water was ok for a shower but not hot enough to have a relaxing bath after a long day walking and shopping. A minor point that did not affect the trip to much. |

The hotel's location was it's definite value. The staff were most helpful. Apart from only having one lift working during our stay, I think the breakfast menu should be updated, Perhaps every second or third day, something different should be served. |

The location, very convenient for me, the design of the room, the value for money... ...however, although I was very pleased when I previously stayed, this time I was quite dissapointed as internet did not work in my room, I was under the lift engines which were making a lot of noise and the heating system did not work well...!! I am not sure that I will come back... |

The location was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful exept the lady in the breakfastroom. The afternoon tea was really nice. Especially after a long day walking around in Paris it was nice to sit down and relax. The lobby was very nice. Breakfast was ok too. I think we got an older room so the carpet was a bit worn out and the bathroom was not the nicest but ok. We faced the backyard which was nice and we did not get disturbed but the noice in the street but the view was not pretty. The lady in the breakfastroom was really not nice. She was like a dictator and if you happende to go in without her approval she told you. She also acted unprofessionaly when we wanted to have an extra cup for the tea. The two days when she was gone and there was an other women were very nice. This other woman was so sweet and helpful. |

The breakfast was exceellent and there was plenty of it. The hotel is fairly central for visiting shopping areas. How is this rated 4* ? No way! The room was small and had a terrible outlook over a building site. There were no real above standard facilities and the room was not made up until after 3.00pm after our first night as they were so busy! |

The best thing about this hotel is its location, although its a 50 euro taxi fair from Charles de Guille. Its very central for anybody wishing to visit Paris for sight seeing. It was classed as a 4 star hotel but i think 3 star is more a fair rating. It wouldnt be a hotel id choose for a romantic getaway..... |

Location near the Champs Elysee is very good for access to Metro, restaurants and other attractions. Staff are friendly and want to help. The inclusive Buffet Tea and Breakfast are appealing and there is ample food on offer to satisfy most appetites. Several negatives: the hand basin in the bathroom was equipped with a totally bewildering method of retaining the water in it. Housekeeping seems erratic as only one cup for tea/coffee making in a double room was available; only one extra pillow and no Bath Towels. |

Staff very friendly and courteous. The bacon and scrambled egg at breakfast..... it appeared the scrambled egg may have come from dried or tinned egg? |

Great sfaff. Well located hotel. The coquetel in the evening is a great idea. I would only suggest some changes on the breakfast menu. Just the lack of variety on the breakfast menu. |

Nice location and nice room Breakfast room was ridiculously cramped. You have to make four people move and stand up every time you have to grab something from the buffet, which was not so well anyway. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Spacious room. Bathroom rather small but it worked. I really did not like their scrumbled eggs. Was made of some 'instantstuff', I think. |

I asked for a kingsize bed and got two beds made up as one. Also the parking is not in the same building (the parking itself needs some good driving skills...). Another point was that only one elevator was working and when I returned at 1600 the bed wasn't cleaned. |
