The Best hotel in the area. The hotel was fully booked, we' ve been upgrade in a executive room, the room was modern, clean and spacious with a beautiful view on the "Sacré Coeur". We'll be back for sure, espacially because the rate include breakfast, minibar, a small buffet for diner and champagne as welcome drink ! |

Very good location, 5 minutes walking to the Champs Elysees. The hotel is clean, staff friendly and the room are very spacious. The All in one package is very interesting with the complementary breakfast, minibar and the small buffet for diner. Free access to internet. Good Hotel ! |

The room was brilliant, modern and extremely clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was good and central. The free breakfast and dinner kept the cost of our trip down too. Would definitely stay there again. |

Location and size of room (stayed in the refurbished new rooms, good size by Parisienne standards and had 2 showers!) Hotel seemed to be popular with business guests during stay. Breakfast was often full but staff were efficient and helpful despite not being able to speak French to them. In general staff here were friendly and helpful. Size of lift but Doorman was helpful, surrounded by construction sites, had offer of free tea during stay, but food was the same each night. In addition, had offer of free minibar but not told only for the first night, when asked was told had been advised by Reception- was never advised! Room service took too long...(a bit like Fawlty Towers) so recommend going to nearby cafes, bistros and restaurants for your meals instead. |

Very close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees, about 30 min walk from the Eifel tower in a quiet area... The room on the second - after complaining - night was fair. They have a closed parking lot but not really suited for larger cars. We received some help from the personnel and managed to get the car in without scratches. The first night we arrived there we received the last available rooms. These rooms were on the smoker floors and were absolutely not what you can reasonably expect from a 4 star hotel. The clerk informed us that there are some refurbished rooms in the hotel which are quite nice. After complaining we were moved to another room that was more of a 4 star status and worth the money. |

I was charged twice for my one night stay 26/05/2009.One by debiting my c.card & the second by paying cash. There must be a mistake which has to be corrected immediatly. The hotel must pay me back the amount of 160.00 Euro which was debited from my card.Facture 19927 |

Staff was friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast and dinner was fine but could do with more variety. Had to wait awhile for the room eventhough we arrived well after the check-in time of 2pm |

The location was excellent to visit the main tourist sites We requested a room through the hotel.com website for 4 people, two of whom were children and gave their ages.On arrival we found that the room did not provide for the children-all 4 of us had to share a double bed! We offered to pay a supplement but were told that it was not possible to do this. |

I have enjoyed the excellent location and the cleanliness of the newly renovated rooms, as well the room with terrace to Tour Eiffel (although I didn't like very much the interior of this room). Most of the hotel stuff is very nice and friendly (except the experiences below detailed). We had 3 rooms, and when we arrived at 12:30 only one was available. For this, we had to go up and down several times as the key was not functioning, after several attempts, the hotel stuff advised to use a "key-man"...anytime we wanted to enter that room...After 2-3 hours only, we were able to get all rooms, with our keys/(cards) and no key-man. |

That the hotel is 5 min. walk to main street and from there you can go all around town. It was very croudy at breakfest and we had to wait for tables to be cleaned. |

The hotel is close to the center. (Champs Elysees) Hotel staff seemed not to be very experienced. It sometimes took a long time to get your plate for breakfast or get something at the bar. (10-20 minutes) They were running a lot, but not really efficient. |
