Position excellent, staff friendly, but hotel not up to its star rating. Breakfast was a complete shambles. Not enough food, guests 'fighting' over a bread roll!!.Tables not cleared, felt sorry for the only member of staff. We had no hot water in our room.Fittings starting to fall off walls.Would not take a lot to improve things. |

The rooms were remodeled, it was quiet and peaceful, the staff was very nice, the breakfast was above average and the evening light lunch was also very good. The lobby had a very nice vintage vibe just like one would want in Paris. We had to shower cold every morning and they did not heat the rooms. It was 65 degrees in our room every morning. When I complained they said that no one in Paris heated before October 16th. A clold shower and a cold room are not a very good combination. The coffee was also always cold, maybe hot water is just not their thing. |

Staff was very helpful and attentive. Location was good. Facilities were well taken care of. Soundproofing between rooms was not good, we could easily hear our neighbors talking and watching TV. |

Only the location, that was nearby the Champ Elysses Me and my wife ,had many problems with this hotel:I suffer from Chronic Bronchitis,AND the first night we had to sleep in a room, where was painted recently and it was smelling the paints. The room for thebreakfast is too small for such a hotel, when something in theBuffet was finishing,it was not replaced, and the most important:I was asked to pay for one(1) night more, the fourth one, but I did not want to stay any more in that hotel, the stuff of the hotel pretended, that I did not give to them a notice promptly that I was willing to leave their hotel,I reacted, |

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The breakfast service was sub standard - food ok but a full complement of dishes was not served when people were there waiting for it to be served. The scrambled eggs turned up 20 minutes late, by which time we had finished breakfast. Furthermore the room was not fully equipped when we were moved into it, even though we had to wait 20 minutes for it to be prepared. The staff are very good at this hotel but they have an understaffing issue. |

I liked the position of the room. It was light and bright and we were not disturbed by noise. The coffee in the evening was good also. However I was disappointed that there were no tissues or any toileteries supplied other that some liquid soap from a dispenser. Also, although the mini bar was free it contained only soft drinks. I would have liked alcohol and I would be happy to pay for this. Lastly there was no provision for a pay channel on the TV. |

Sightseeing The evening buffet was very poor. It was made to sound excellent in the advertisement but in reality it could not be classified as a meal. |

They had 'special offer' with free breakfast, tea-time buffet, welcome drink. So we saved a lot by eating at the hotel in the evening. Their hot pastries are fantastic! Location is good too: in quiet place withing walking distance to main attractions Smell of paint in our 'renovated' room. No bath curtain. |

(I think the offer is misleading) The hotel is not bad after upgrade to superior room it is clean but not 4 stars standard?? Breakfast was very poor and diner was simples nothing special. |

We stay there for 3 days 2 nights with no shower gel. And we have mansion to the reception but we never get it. Breakfast and tea are nice but not the staff I mean the men staff very rude and not helpful. Generally, the hotle are nice and clean but not in 4 stars standard. |
