Very central location. Staff extremely helpful, even helping us with apps on our Iphones! Excellent breakfast.

Breakfast was good. Front desk recommended a good restaurant for dinner.

This is not a 4 star hotel. The room was smelly and very much on need of repairs. The hotel is in a good location but needs updating badly. It is more like a 2 star hotel. It was very expensive for what it provided and the internet pictures were very deceiving.

Excellent breakfast & "tea" Very pleasant staff

First night shower not working - only bath. Second night neither working (in spite of complaints). Next, when shower worked, bathroom flooded. No apology but room changed. There en suite door would not close & minibar door same.

The staff were particularly friendly and accommodating and all very polite. The room was spacious by Paris standards. Breakfast was also very good.

I dont like the gray color of the room. It makes it dark.

Location was great. Couple of blocks walking distance to Champs Elysses and Arc de Triumpf. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful as well.

Small elevators- but this is a super small complaint. It wasnt a big deal at all.

Location was good close enough to walk to a few attractions and right around the corner from champs élysées street. Breakfast was included in the price and was good. Also free wifi also the people at reception were good at answering all our question. Would stay there again.

In the bathroom there was no shower curtain which allowed water to get on the floor. This would be my only complaint.

The Hotel was a very pleasant surprise, it was very smartly decorated, the staff was very friendly and helpful especially the porter named Roland. Roland was very helpful giving directions, suggestions and any information we needed and when he didn't have an answer he came back later w the info we needed. The continental breakfast was amazing and plentiful. We know where we will stay next time in Paris...Vive Clarion Collection Etoile St. Honore

Internet connection was of poor quality

Close to champse main street thats all I liked.

Elevator so small, 2 people max. Noisy a lot, 1 hour late check out = 90 euro extra. Shower veryy small. And all this is in a Suite room. Paris = Ripoff

The staff were always smiling, happy and thoroughly efficient. From arrival to departure, we were made to feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. We'll return.

As a part-time wheelchair user, I have some concerns. There are insufficient handrails. The lifts, while new, are very small. The main entrance has a step and there are several to access the lifts and toilets.

Excellent location for the Salle Pleyel where we saw a concert performance.

the size of our room was fantastic, very comfortable. the location of the hotel was ideal as it was close to everything we wanted to see.

One Lift was out of order

The afternoon buffet was a nice idea (even if the food could have been more interesting). Otherwise, it was a perfectly decent, perfectly standard small hotel. Nothing special but nothing to complain about either.

Although it's convenient, being minutes from the Arc de Triomphe, I find the area rather dull and characterless (and expensive). Whilst we were there they were redoing the lifts, which was a pain (but I guess they have to do them some time).

The view from the bedroom window as we received a room which was at the back of the hotel. The room advertised and booked was to the front with a view of Eiffel tower.

I like the location of the hotel, was brilliant.

I didn't like the room, supposed to be a junior suite and it did not look like a suite. It was my b-day we requested early check in and we didn't get into the room till 1pm and when we finally got in there was work going on outside our room ( so that woke me and my partner up on both days....) the hotel needs a bit of TLC as it's not in the greatest condition. Bathrooms were really small and instead of having a shower room they should just put one big bathroom. Even tho I told the hotel it's my b-day they didn't even wish me a happy b-day which is so small and it doesn't cost them nothing....

All the rooms were new and refurnished, good breakfast, WiFi access, very convenient location you can go walking everywhere, they give you some snacks by middle afternoon

We were upgraded to a better room with a view of Eiffel Tower which was really such a great gesture from the hotel. The room is very spacious and the variety of breakfast is very good.

The walk to the Metro, wish it is a bit nearer, however CDG- Etoile is very convenient line to everywhere.
