Grand Hotel Saint Michel

Η θέση του ξενοδοχείου ήταν καλή και ασφαλής. Φιλικό προσωπικό , ωραίος χώρος που φαινόταν καθαρός.

Δεν μας άρεσε ότι το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ μικρό και ακριβό αν δεν είχε την προσφορά . Επιπλέον δεν άκουσαν το αίτημά μας που ζητήσαμε να το δούμε πριν την εγκατάστασή μας και έτσι μας έδωσαν δωμάτιο που ήταν προορισμένο για οικογένειες ώστε να χρειάζονται να ανοιχθούν δύο πόρτες για την είσοδό μας . Πολύ περίπλοκο για ένα τόσο μικρό δωμάτιο που η αρχική του τιμή ήταν ακριβή . Επιπλέον είδη καθαριότητας ( σαμπουάν και αφροντούς ) όπως και καφέ , γάλα ήταν σχεδόν ανεπαρκή . Τέλος είδαμε την καθαρίστρια ( όταν φεύγαμε ) με τα χέρια που έπιανε τα βρώμικα σεντόνια , στη συνέχεια να καθαρίζει τον κάδο των σκουπιδιών και ακολούθως να παίρνει τα καθαρά σεντόνια για να τα στρώσει.

Δεν υπηρχε καμμια βοηθεια για τις βαλιτσες, ουτε στην αφιξη ουτε στην αναχωρηση. Για ξενοδοχειο 4* το superior δωματιο ηταν μικρο και γενικα η τιμη του πολυ ακριβη εν σχεσει με τις παροχες, και χωρις πρωινο, το οποιο χρεωνεται 20 ευρω το ατομο, (δηλαδη 40 ευρω καθημερινα το δικλινο) που αντιστοιχει σε ενα γευμα σχεδον!.

Location of this hotel is the only thing made me happy. Other things no. It's not 4 stars hotel, I think its 3 stars hotel. Can you believe guys even the wine bottles & wine glasses not inside this hotel? Anyway, it's not worth its money with like this tiny room!!!

Location exdellent, nice bathroom facilities, very good lighting

The service was friendly and efficient. The hotel was beautiful, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was fabulous. I would stay here every time, and I have already recommended it to friends. My husband, my grown step-children, and my 10 year old all loved the place.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

Hotel has a good location, near to the pantheon, Luxembourg, and the metro. Breakfast was good, though not entirely sure it was worth the price. Room was mostly clean, though cleaning staff folded wet towels and placed them above sink, causing them to stink and not dry properly.

Hotel staff is very poor. We booked the suite (the only one listed - with a view and hot tub) several weeks in advance and were told it was occupied (conveniently) until the day we were checking out (after they walked us into some unmarked basement room off the lobby). Hotel tried to make us pay the same price for a dark and noisy basement room as for a jacuzzi suite on the top floor and kept making promises without communicating with other desk staff (so we'd have to argue with each new set that came in). Never apologized for their error. Booked hotel regardless of other complaints, assuming they would treat higher paying guests better (and not overbook their suite) - this is not the case! Avoid at all cost, not worth the headache or price

The location was great, within walking distance to many attractions, restuarants and shopping. The modern decor of the hotel and rooms were exactly what I expected. We booked a triple room which I expected to be a bit bigger for a family with a child but other than that everything else was fine.

Good hotel, clean neat and tidy enjoyed the stay.

The only thing was that they don't have a kettle in the room. the concierge did give us one on loan to heat up the baby bottles

very small for a deluxe triple,cleaning supplies took up hall space and noisy in the am,no coffee or tea in room or available unless you had breakfast,which was too expensive ,stairs were difficult when elevator went out,mini bar no longer free as of july 4th,

Very helpful staff, comfortable beds and right on the heart of Paris.

Had a room with a balcony so great roomans view. Great location close to sites, shopping and cafes. Front desk was great as well.

It was a bit loud, you could hear others entering and exiting their rooms.
