La situation est super en plein cœur du Vieux Menton et à peine 5 minutes de la plage. Accueil et propreté étaient au rendez-vous .

Aangename locatie in het oude dorp van Menton. Eenvoudig appartement goed goutilleerd Rustige omgeving Strand en boulevard op 2 minuten lopen. Gratis parkeren vlakbij Trappenlopen om bij het appartement te komen. Appartement ligt aan een autovrije straat (is nadeel m.b.t. uitladen bagage etc. is voordeel m.b.t. rust).

-Situation géographique : Rue piétonne, dans le vieux Menton, donc ambiance "italienne", avec beaucoup de charme - Belle rénovation. - Literie à améliorer - Mention "Parking public à proximité", sauf qu'il est impraticable pour des véhicules sortant de la gamme "citadines", et toujours surchargé du fait du manque de place récurrent pour l'ensemble des habitants de ce quartier. Cette mention n'est pas "fausse" en soi, mais laisse supposé un certain confort de parking, alors que ce n'est pas du tout le cas. - Déco murale totalement absente: dommage. Ce petit plus, à faible coût, pourrait créer une ambiance plus chaleureuse
