Score from 402 reviews Very good
the staff is very helpful, friendly and accommodating the room is clean but the best of all the view of eiffel tower from our room at the top specially at night in the balcony is magic.definitely recommend to others..
the elevator is so small that only two person can fit without the luggage but not really a problem.the only thing that concerns me is the mirror on the ceiling from our room (balneo room) is broken and terrified me to have a bath incase it fell off and cause accident.
the staff were extraordinarily helpful
the lighting and décor , bed was comfortable . The little balcony to walk out onto . the colours were refreshing .
that there was no tea ,coffee and milk with jug in the rooms and that the showers had no holders for shampoo conditioner etc and the doors opened outwards which swept the floor mat away .
It was a very cool hotel with great features in the room (spa bath, rain-forest shower, great view) The staff was extremely nice and helpful!!
It needed a good deep clean and some updating I also wish the fireplace worked
Location.10 - 15 minutes walk from Eiffel Tower.plenty of bistros and restaurants close by.has metro station directly outside.
Shower was moldy.
The hotel was located about a 10-15 minute walk away from the Eiffel Tower.
Everything. The staff member behind the desk was rude and very uninterested in us as paying customers. Me and my partner arrived late and wanted to grab some food from a shop, asked the staff member and he just shrugged his shoulders and said he didn't know where one was (found one myself the next day, just a few minutes down the road!!). The shower in the room was filthy, mould and dirt clearly visible on the tiles. The air conditioning didn't work and the lights in the room were faulty. Due to the staff members attitude throughout our stay (2 nights) I didn't see much point in complaining as he clearly wouldn't have cared less. The hotel is located right next to a busy road and you can hear every car coming past at every hour of the day. So with no air conditioning in the room, opening the window was a really bad idea. This is the worst hotel for comfort, cleanliness, politeness, friendliness and cost for service I have ever come across. I would avoid it like the plague!!!
Everything, the experience was awesome from start to finish. The staff was extremely kind and polite and really made my stay the best possible! I was able to see the Eiffel tower from my balcony... extremely pleasant! Some reviewers said rooms are small: I don't think they're that small.
Room was very spacious. Separate shower & toilet rooms. Staff was very helpful.
Subway runs down the center of the street on which the hotel is located, which detracts from location & quietness.
The staff was always friendly and helped us with anything that we needed. The breakfast was simple, but tasty. The metro was easy to use and it was located right outside the hotel. The view of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony was magnificent.
There were no ice machines or vending machines, but there was a mini fridge in the room. No real complaints.
Staff were very friendly and very helpful Wifi worked perfectly Location was superb, 10 metres from the Metro, 1km from Eiffel Tower, easy to get everywhere Room was quite spacious by Paris standards, I've seen much smaller rooms elsewhere
Bar area very dark and not appealing, was always empty Better lighting needed in the bedrooms
the staff were magnificent
everything was great
Staff, more than helpful. Rooms were colourful!
Miles from anywhere. Location poor.
the location was great, the staff were beyond helpful and very pleasant to deal with. The lift is really small - and I have seen people complain about this - but I though this was part of the charm of the hotel - and its a bit of fun really!
The room was a little bit rough around the edges - but I am not eagle eyed enough for this to have bothered me - the room was very clean and was perfect for our stay.
La proximité du métro Le quartier so chic parisien a véry nice area, in the heart off chic parisian area !! véry design hôtel with restaurants in the area, and just near metro ! I recommand this hôtel to all my customers and friends coming in paris !!
everything was good,staff and etc.
wifi is poor,my download speed is max 70KB,for download one normal movie(690 Mg) was 6 hours
The room is so romantic, the bed is comfy, very close to the subway, with reasonable price.
Some staff speak french and english, I would prefer english only, lol.
Fantastic hotel with very modern fashioned rooms. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Location is very easy for the first time visitors in Paris, Metro station is just a few meters away.
No negative comments can be given to this great hotel.
The staff were fantastic. Ahmed, Gregory and Sam all became my ' friend ' and were helpful beyond belief. I loved the funky room decor and both the bed and the shower ( especially important in Europe ), were extremely comfortable to use. it's located immediately opposite a metro station making for easy sight-seeing and shopping. I would DEFINITELY stay there on my next trip to Paris, can't recommend it enough.
The elevator is tiny but I realise there is no room for it be any bigger.
This is the worst Hotel in the world with the worst staff.. They are cheats and thieves!!! Beware of this hotel and keep away at all cost!!!!!
the room,the view,the staff,we love paris
1) No proper hand over from night to morning staff. 2) And how could people in service line reprimand customers? We inform the night reception staff that we needed a late check out. He agreed at 1-2pm. In the morning, we asked the reception staff where the post office was. He was very kind to give us directions and we proceeded to send our stuff home. We returned at 130pm but was reprimanded by him who told us that we needed to give to the chamber lady tip for her to stay longer but it's ok this time as we will not be allowed to check out late next time. He even argued with us that he didn't know where we were going although he was the one who gave us directions to the post office and saw us leaving.
The staff at the sublim hotel were what really made the stay. They were so welcoming and friendly which have the hotel the distinction it needed.
