The suite was on our own floor with a fireplace, views of the Eiffel tower and tub and shower. The tub had the mechanics for being a jacuzzi but after asking the front desk were told that it was only working as a soaking tub. Not a huge deal but would have been nice to have a jacuzzi.
Slight mold in the shower, no outlet in the bathroom by the sink for hair utensils to plug in was inconvenient. Not many options in the minibar except water and champagne. The lift is super small but made for a quaint feeling overall. Right across from the metro but shockingly very quiet! Did not hear it once.
The staff really went out of their way to assist us in what we should do whilst in Paris. The location is perfect - the metro right outside the hotel makes getting around simple. The room was beyond amazing - beautifully decorated, spotless and the bed was almost too comfy to get out of in the morning! Amazing hotel - would definitely recommend.
Enjoyed the whole experience - the staff were very welcoming; the rooms have quirky style, and seem small, but it works well.
Staff Décor and modern design Very close to transport links
Two single beds pushed together - had to be moved as one bed was higher than the other
We could not find any faults at this hotel. From our arrival to departure we were made very welcome from Gregory and the rest of the staff. We were upgraded to the 6th floor with views of the Eiffel Tower free of charge. And had rose petals scattered on our bed. Staff were amazing, location was brilliant too. Would highly recommend this hotel. We would defo go back again.
The hotel was in a great location, not near the crowds but good bars and restaurants near. The staff were very friendly. We loved the lights in the room and being able to choose a colour.
The hotel room could have been a little cleaner and a big light would have been helpful for getting ready at night.
Excellent service, amazing and kind staff. Amazing room with Tour Eiffel view. The metro was just in front of the hotel, excellent location.
For my girlfriend's 20th I chose to surprise her with this hotel in Paris. For us, this hotel was everything we wanted and more. Requested a pink room with a view of the Eiffel Tower, and got both. Couldn't recommend strongly enough.
Wouldn't advise having breakfast in the hotel, they are numerous bakeries dotted around near.
Good location, staff were excellent, comfy bed and spacious room
Opted for the suite and chose this hotel purely for the jacuzzi, it didn't work and looked like it hadn't for some time, really disappointed as this was the main reas on for choosing this hotel.
The room was ideal for a romantic stay Very good location for transport Friendly staff Worth the money
Wi-fi should be a bit faster
Staff Location close to the metro
A bar would be nice in there but I suppose there is only a small space next to reception.
Liked the location,and comfortable bed
the very small lift, shower with no curtain
The hotel was to much bad taste and 90's, the rooms and showers were tiny. Opening the door to enter the bath and then the shower was like solving a puzzle because of missing space. Did not like it.
A great location where we could see the Eiffel Tower from our balcony. Stylish and comfy room. Really helpful and friendly staff who spoke excellent English.
No Restaurant or full bar at the hotel but it didn't really matter as it was close to lots of other places.
Location Cleanliness Staff Design
Small rooms No ideal for no couples No common spaces Late room service Expensive for what it is
Bed was large and comfortable. There was a great variety of restaurants and cafés in the vicinity. It was an excellent location for someone who likes to walk to explore that area of Paris.
The shower was difficult to get in and out of, primarily because of the peculiar shape to the room thus the design of the bathroom. The neon lights were a bit dated as far as decor goes.
Excellent hotel at an affordable price. Staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help.
the staff is very helpful, friendly and accommodating the room is clean but the best of all the view of eiffel tower from our room at the top specially at night in the balcony is magic.definitely recommend to others..
the elevator is so small that only two person can fit without the luggage but not really a problem.the only thing that concerns me is the mirror on the ceiling from our room (balneo room) is broken and terrified me to have a bath incase it fell off and cause accident.
the staff were extraordinarily helpful
the lighting and décor , bed was comfortable . The little balcony to walk out onto . the colours were refreshing .
that there was no tea ,coffee and milk with jug in the rooms and that the showers had no holders for shampoo conditioner etc and the doors opened outwards which swept the floor mat away .
It was a very cool hotel with great features in the room (spa bath, rain-forest shower, great view) The staff was extremely nice and helpful!!
It needed a good deep clean and some updating I also wish the fireplace worked
Location.10 - 15 minutes walk from Eiffel Tower.plenty of bistros and restaurants close by.has metro station directly outside.
Shower was moldy.
The hotel was located about a 10-15 minute walk away from the Eiffel Tower.
Everything. The staff member behind the desk was rude and very uninterested in us as paying customers. Me and my partner arrived late and wanted to grab some food from a shop, asked the staff member and he just shrugged his shoulders and said he didn't know where one was (found one myself the next day, just a few minutes down the road!!). The shower in the room was filthy, mould and dirt clearly visible on the tiles. The air conditioning didn't work and the lights in the room were faulty. Due to the staff members attitude throughout our stay (2 nights) I didn't see much point in complaining as he clearly wouldn't have cared less. The hotel is located right next to a busy road and you can hear every car coming past at every hour of the day. So with no air conditioning in the room, opening the window was a really bad idea. This is the worst hotel for comfort, cleanliness, politeness, friendliness and cost for service I have ever come across. I would avoid it like the plague!!!
