Good sized room with self catering facilities. Very welcome to have a refrigerator and electric kettle. Wi fi good speed and steady internet connection

Anywhere in Cannes has a car parking problem. The public car park about 200 metres away charges 22 Euros overnight. No choice in this respect.

One member of the staff at the reception was very unfriendly and uncooperative. In contrary, the rest of the staff were very friendly.

Late chek-in (14 00). The interior decor was made in black and white, white walls really require attention (traces of luggage, spots etc).

We stayed in room 3, 1st floor. Room was nice and comfortable for 2 persons. Corkscrew was there :)

The lack of ventilation in the toilet. If you stay not alone... wow...that ca be really an issue. The absence of washing machine. Lots of white cloth required a wash on the 5th day already. So machine would be a great asset. The view fro the window, or would rater say its complete absence. Even if it's a bright shiny morning outside you still feel yourself like looking upfront from the bottom of mine shaft.

Excellent location. Well equipped appartment close to market, shops, restaurants and beach.

I am thankful for everything! Good personnel and attitude! The privilege apartment with a terrace (see view) on the 6th floor was really good.

Location is bang on, Apartment is clean, tidy, spacious, modern and just what you'd expect. I couldn't really fault it.

The view from our room wasn't brilliant, but hey ho, you would have had to have paid a small fortune for that location and an unrestricted view....

The floor in the room was not properly cleaned when we arrived. It was cleaned after our complaint. The ac (air condition) did not work the first days of our stay. It was 30 degrees Celsius outside and very hot in the room.

Good size apartment with modern bathroom and kitchen. Great location and good value for money for Cannes.

It would be nice to have a welcome pack with coffee sugar and milk and dishwasher tablets; we arrived on a Sunday evening when shops were closed. The apartment could have some pictures on the wall, I think prints of old Cannes would be great.

The staff is so accommodating, knowledgeable and considerate. The facility is located very near the port. The apartment facilities are great in that small meals can be prepared and it is more comfortable than a single room. Wifi system is excellent. I had an apartment set back from the street that was quiet but still had an outside deck.

The location in itself was exceptional, only minutes from the town center and the beach. The apartment was clean and airy, and the staff exceptionally attentive and responsive.

Nothing with the apartment itself, but parking if you are coming by car.. The apartment is in a closed street, with little space to park your car. But then a paid parking is available 200m from the location.
