The location is very nice, 1minute to the port. 5minutes to the Metro and 10 minutes the Main Street and supermarket. The kitchen with tools is so useful. The room is big.

The room facilities a bit old and damaged. Old fashioned.

nice big room IKEA stile (wite and wood), central location, kitchennett with all equipment. continental breacfast buffet - good quality for money

very (very!) hard mattress. With rules of property guests should wash the dishes by themselfs (no sponge given), and should carry the trash out too (but there is garbage next door). noisy cafe across the road (only at nights, when Arab people drinking)

Very convenient location to Vieux Port (old port), restaurants, metro, shopping.

WiFi was inadequate. Many times I had problems maintaining a connection for more than a few minutes. Will probably not stay again due to the problem.

We were staing there for 4 nights and nobody come to clean the room, buy we were ready for it, because we searched the comments, but we were not ready that they are not going to empty the waste-bin during our stay. Finally it was a mountain made of waste... Мы провели в отеле 4 ночи и за это время в номере не просто никто не убирался (мы были к этому готовы, т.к. изучали отзывы), но даже не приходили чтобы выбросить мусор. В итоге ко дню отъезда накопилась приличная гора...

Hotel was clean, good location and supportive staff

The location. It is just a stone's throw away from the port, where all the activity goes on - the 'petite train', tour buses, cruises, and also lots of nice restaurants. If you want to go for budget food, there is a small burger/pizza/kebab cafe opposite the hotel's main entrance, where food is cheap and good. The only slight downside is that there are no big beaches nearby - either take a 20-minute cruise to nearby Frioul Islands, or go to the tiny beach that is about 20 minutes' walk away (but it is always packed). The main beach you always see in pictures is more than an hour's walk away.

The services. My boyfriend and I stayed for 5 days, and there was no room cleaning service at all during this time, and only 2 towels were provided for the duration of our stay. Also, not even the standard hand/body soap was provided in the toilet. In the kitchenette, there is a notice stating that guests had to leave all the dishes clean at the end of their stay, but there was absolutely no cleaning up liquid or sponge, which I found hilarious. Trash had to be emptied into the street's trash disposal outside the hotel by the guests at the end of the stay, which I did not mind, but found to be rather bad service for a hotel.

location, location, location. Also the kitchen. It was great to be able to make coffee in the morning- Lots of hot water for showers.

Missing light bulbs, sporadic wi-fi not working, male staff un-helpful - said they had no city maps but the female staff did find them the next day.

They expect you to wash the dishes afterwards but dont provide a single thing to do it with: no washing up liguid, brush/ cloth or towel. First time i had to also take the rubbish out when leaving! Maybe they would also like the visitors to clean the room and change the sheets the next time? Would have liked some soap and a hand towel also they are not provided!

We liked the location right near the port. Walking distance to what we wanted to do, boat trips. The size of the apartment. Cleanliness. The price was good value.

If you have kitchenette then supply sufficient cutlery etc. to allow for preparing breakfast and simple meals. Our room had one knife. No washing up detergent, sponge or cloth and no tea towels to dry dishes. Wifi not always available

Great location, just a few steps from the vieux port. Staff is nice and helpful. Comfortable rooms. Excellent value for money.

We were in the first floor and during Saturday morning we couldn't sleep much due to the street noise.. (lots of ambulances and street works). However Sunday was perfectcly calm.

Suite Affaire was the most noisy and above all extremely smelly place I have ever stayed. DO NOT STAY HERE. Staff extremely unhelpful too.

Our flight was delayed and we were in Marseille after midnight. Despite our worries the hotel staff was waiting for us and checked us in with no problems at all. The location was brilliant and the kitchenette equipped in the essential devices. We stayed there two days and enjoyed the stay. We didn't expect much for the price but got a decent, clean room in a city centre.

Don't think it will be comfortable for the longer stay.

It's better than a hostel, in that you have your own private room and bathroom. The bathroom was nice - big and clean, only a little mold in the shower (normal for a seaside hotel). No fan, but the windows open easily enough. The location was awesome (hotel itself is on kind of in a creepy back alley, but less than 10m from the marina).

The mattress was an 8cm thick piece of foam that smelled so bad we had to sleep above the covers the first night. The hotel staff made it very clear this problem did not concern them. They would not give us a different room or a different mattress. They handed us an air freshener and told us they would send extra sheets up so we could "cover" the mattress smell, but the sheets never came. There's a water heater in the closet (2m from the bed) that let out a high-pitched whistle every hour. The wireless internet does not work.

Very convenient location, plenty of facilities in the room - microwave, kettle, utensils and so on. Clean, spacious room.

A bit dirty street around.

The room was very bad. There were broken lamps, small bed, dirty ceiling, insects in room, size of dresser is 50cm for 2 piople. The room is for 1 person and they show us the hotel price "single studio - price .... ", after that we ask them give us the double studio which we reserved, the answer was that the hotel is full and they have not free double studio. This problem stay the same after long discusing, they give us (2 piople) the single studio and after calling from booking.com they bigan to assert that this room for two person. The staing in this hotel was awfull!!!!!
