Easy to find, across from supermarket, only 700 meters from great restaurants. Perfect place to visit the Luberon on day trips. Great large room set up with large shower and vanity. Swivel desk allowing 4 people to self cater. Excellent wi-fi reception. Suzanne at the reception was a well of great information, and smiles... Large secure parking.
Quiet, good sized rooms, comfortable bed
Clean modern roomy Very comfortable and well planned kitchen area.Everything you could need.Good location for exploring beautiful Villages.
Not the rustic charm of old provence.Town of Apt a bit too busy.
Clean, comfortabile room with kitchen area. Good location to look interesting places ( Roussilion, Gordes, Avinion... )
The design, and modernity of the complex, excellent safe parking,,ability to self cater or not,,(we did not),,excellent position for going east or west,,,to explore,, Douglas,,,,Montcuq 46800 France,
Apart from Restaurant Chastelle,(fully booked), we needed the car to go into Apt, to eat each night,,,,(having lived in the area for 15 years),,we had two delicious meals at L'Alhambra, one at Le Sanglier Passereaux in Caseneuve, the rest with friends,,took us three days to figure out the Wifi connexion,,,our fault,,,not Suite Home's,, very sad to see Apt becoming more of a corridor place,,traffic jams, closed useful shops,,,Saturday night is dead,,,and this was in August, maybe the time for the staff to have a holiday,,but this is about Apt,,not the hotel,,,give it a 9.75/10
good location, close to grocery store, good parking
wifi signal was weak, couldn't connect most of the time. A bit pricey compared to other regions in France
great locaction, friendly staff, nice jacuzi.
internet wifi signal was weak
Friendly host and confortable stay in the place. Well equiped and cosy.we will come back
Big, clean comfortable rooms that allow you to self cater. Bathroom facilities are very good with an excellent shower and vanity unit .The beds are comfortable, with minimal noise at night. There is also the capacity to do some laundry as well as a drier.
Breakfast was basic and not really good value
Self catering facilities Balcony Location Free coffee
free parking, very close to supper market
Very friendly and helpful reception.staff. Free hot drinks at Reception.
The internet connection is highly unstable - very frustrating as you have to reconnect constantly. The mattresses are very uncomfortable. The jacuzzi was out of order for two weeks. Poorly equipped gym - 3 machines in total in rusting condition. Cleaning staff rather unfriendly.
Stayed 5 nights using Apt as a base for touring. Big room with kitchen facilities on 1st floor with balcony overlooking courtyard. Spacious and clean bathroom. Comfortable bed but pillows too soft for my liking. 15mins walk into town centre if you want to "dine out" but there's a supermarket across the road if you want to "dine in". For snacks there's a good patissierre 2 mins walk away. And would recommend the Saturday morning market in Apt !!
The hotel was perfectly adequate, but was the most expensive of 20 hotels in France, many being far nicer.
It is linked to an ibis hotel on the same premises... Exactly the same accommodation at less than half the price. Would recommend the ibis. No one staffs the Suite Home Apt.. You have to go to the ibis to be served and have to wait. The Fitness room is a rowing machine in a cupboard. Bicycles offered but don't exist.
very comfy good soundproofing clean parking for free size of the studio
little far from everywhere (no problem if you have a car)
Good value, well equipped room.
Location rather disappointing; quite far from centre but still in a rather built up area.
This hotel is ideally situated for day trips into Provence. It is modern with a comfortable bed and seating area. The small kitchen had everything we needed. There is a bakery 50 metres down the road and we were able to go and buy delicious pastries for breakfast and have coffee in our room. We were also offered free coffee and home made lemonade downstairs in the reception area. Certainly the best value for money that we could wish for.
Everything about the stay was fantastic. Absolutely superb.
The apartments were great, clean spacious, comfortable and with courteous and helpful staff. Access to the apartments was quite easy in comparison to other towns in Provence and nearby.
Apt. Apt was run down, dirty and nothing like the other towns that we have stayed in. But as a base for the Luberon, it was necessary.
Spacious modern studio room and bathroom. Large windows Secure garage space for bike Free coffee/tea available in reception area
Kitchenette a bit too small
We had an over night say at Suite Home Apt, we had previously booked but were concerned as we were going to arrive very late, we telephoned to say so, the staff were very understanding and reassuring. We found the appartment to be clean and the beds were very comfortable.
Nothing comes to mind
i was surprised to see that there is a 50Eur penalty for not doing dishes. I find i quite strange for a 3 star hotel
Self catering facilities were great.
Great base for touring the Luberon by car. Spacious room, quiet, very nice. Staff was very helpful. Not sure if the laundry facilities are in the description but they have a washer and dryer (usable for a small charge) which was very convenient. Several supermarkets close by as well if you want to cook. Fantastic value.
Size of room Helpful staff Spa/jacuzzi Access to many places in Luberon, especially markets, if you have a car Coffee/tea available any time!
difficult to locate property. The description on the website was misleading. Kitchen equipment not so good. Bathroom needs shower curtain to stop rest of bathroom getting wet.
