Gps did not take us to the hotel at the given address. Best to say it is located w/ Ibis

Cheaper than Ibis Briancon (next door but the reception + breakfast area are shared with Suite Home) on a Saturday + room is better appointed.

Location in town, free car parking.

The staff helpful especially one member. Gave us tickets to ride free on ski bus. As we were spectators not skiers, saved us lots. And we could leave our bags no problem

The breakfast tables not cleared 1 morning, had to wait at bar no one serving. Only two tbags, 2 creams.

Hotel was clean and the price was good

Very good location, enough close to go walking to the skiing cabins, skiing rental shops etc, handy to do some shopping as its base above the shopping mall. Rooms are ok clean, equipted with balcony, bathroon nice and clean. I recommend this place to everyone who want to go skiing and save some money on accomodation.

Somsetimes we were left with no towels, but problem was solved quickly.

Weird shared entry with Ibis front desk. Rather spartan. Not very pedestrian friendly.

The room was very convenient for 2 adults and 2 children.

Near to a shopping mall and Casino supermarket, and not far away (by car) to Briancon old city / fortress. Ample parking spaces.

It would be better if there is a refrigerator, though certainly not needed in Winter.

Brilliant location, over a large shopping mall with great supermarket,filling station etc. and plenty of parking.Very conveniently close to all major roads into and out of Briancon. Five minutes walk downhill to excellent restaurant, and 15 mins up to town centre. Rooms modern, clean, basic, big enough, highly functional with useful kitchenette (good fridge), and decent bathroom with shower everything worked. Excellent value for money. Staff friendly and helpful. A perfect base for walking and days exploring fab. National Park.

Instructions to find it were useless. just tell people to find Centre ommercial near top of town, close to Macdonalds, and go to level above Geant supermarche.NEXT DOOR TO THE IBIS

One of the best hotels I've stayed in, and for a superb price

The apartment was ok

The location was awful. The hotel was situated at the top of a shoppingcentre overlooking the parkinglot. No use of a balcony when all you could see in beautiful Briancon was cars. We were booker for three nights but lett after one eventhough the room was none refundable.

basic comfort, clean internet and tv fine. Its a 15 minute walk to the old town and road is not built for pedestrians so care is needed.

To my surprise they had a steam room at the hotel.... this was a real joy to use, as the next day I cycled over the Col Galibier and the Croix de Fer. Room was compact but very clean and tidy. The shower was excellent. Excellent all round.

Could had done with another member of staff on front desk, in the morning, when checking out. Result: pacing up and down waiting... remember I had several mountains to climb on a cycle, had got up early to do so - and then had to waste time wating as only one member of staff on duty.

Very comfortable stay in self-catering apartment. It was evident during our stay that work was in place on upgrading the complex, our apartment appeared also to have undergone a recent renovation period. All mod cons provided for short or overnight stays. Handy supermarket adjacent to the Ibis hotel. Excellent breakfast choices.

Not easy to find from description on website - it's a left turn after the Golden Arches on the Briancon to Gap road before going in to the Centre Ville itself.

Town centre location

Very poor housekeeping, poor management, they make you think you are staying at an Accor hotel, you are not! They then charge you for things you didnt have after you have left the country, and then accuse you of lying when you email them about it... Stay well clear!

Le prix du petit déjeuné est beaucoup trop élevé!!!!!

Points positifs : - hôtel facile d'accès, - 10 minutes à pieds du centre ville, à côté du centre commercial, - parking (commun avec le centre commercial), - équipement sauna/hamam/salle de sport, - plateau de courtoisie et bouilloire, - accepte les animaux, - petit "balcon" sympathique (chambre 3e étage).

Quelques points à améliorer : - réception commune avec l'hôtel Ibis (surprenant si on n'est pas prévenu), - douche non fermée, donc salle de bain mouillée... - quelques détails sur salle de sport : pas de thermomètre ni de sablier dans le sauna, pas de banc ni casier pour se changer dans vestiaire.
