Large room, well equipped kitchenette, bath and shower. Lovely view from ninth floor. Would like larger bathtowels. Would like complimentary coffee sachets on all days not just on day of arrival. i find fold up beds with metal bits a little scary. |

Staff is co-operaive and well mannered but not well informed about the city services and the knowledge about the city places and information about the ticket bookings in the various buses and metro trains. Staff should be well informed about the places and services of the city. As such Hotel and hotel rooms are maintained very well, fresh-air flow is not good and room freshners are not used. So, something about air-flow and room freshening is to be done. |

The location was perfect for Parc de la Villette. The Court Paille restaurant nearby was also excellent.The family room was much better than expected as it had two completely separate sleeping areas with good quality beds/put-u-ups; both areas are equipped with flat screen TVs (but not satellite), one with a DVD player. Plenty of storage space for 4 people,efficient lifts, cheerful & helpful staff There were no instruction for using the hob in the mini-kitchen, which was fairly complicated; nor were there any instructions for TVs or telephone. |

It has a kitchen in the room. Staff is very helpfull. I reserved a double bed but the bed was in fact a sofa convertable to bed so it wasn't very comfortable. |

It was good location close to the Metro, Good price for a Paris hotel, Great parking in the cellar, lots of shops and restaurants in the area. The bed wasnt a real bed it was a convertible sofa that wasnt so comfortable. You couldnt controll the temperature in your room you had to ask the front desk. |

We only stayed one night. We liked the cooking facilities We did not like the twin sofa bed..could not move them together and if someone fell between them someone could get hurt...a bit too far from center or paris |

Apart from the excellent service we received and the friendly staff, the hotel's location to the local Metro station was also another plus to making our stay in Paris that bit more magical. |
