The room was clean & comfortable and the kitchen unit was very functional and well equipped. There are few nice restaurants near by & a shop just around the corner. The metro station is 5 minutes away. Good value for the money.

There is a huge (but really huge) construction site just next to the hotel at the moment, so the surrounding area was not so nice. If you visit Paris for sightseeing, it is a bit far away from the center and if you use sub it is in the zone 2, so the ticket is some euros more expensive.

Poor choice of alcholic beverages , bar only open until 11 pm for residents . Bed very uncomfortable

It was a great value for fine accommodations. Not luxury but everything one needs is there. We had family nearby, so picked it for the location but might stay there again because of the value, and it's close to a Metro stop.

It has everything one needs for a stay - comfortable bed, big enough, nice kitchen facility, lovely bathroom.

I have been offered a suite with a lot of space and facilities for the price of a single room because this class was completely booked.

Hotel was very clean, rooms are more likely small suites; it's easy to cook yourself. Hotel is located at 5 minutes walk from Hoche metro station. Surprisingly wi-fi was working.

Building is now looking at new construction sites plus a highway all of which are quite noisy. It takes you 40-60 minutes by metro for southern Paris. Sometimes wi-fi dropped down. It's reasonable to installed cabled Internet.

I loved the kitchenette. I had my own cooking area and could easily and affordably buy fresh vegetables and other foods from the market right up the street to cook a week's worth of food while getting fresh fruits for snacks and desserts throughout the week. The bakeries were so close that I could have that too for some dinners as an afterward dessert. All the food was kept fresh as I had a refrigerator.

I liked everything. I paid everything up front as required, so checkout was a breeze.

Near to Metro stop, room was clean, staff on checkout day was very good.

Staff on check-in day was very rude, non-cooperative with no client handling/talking skills. The policy statement shown during booking the room no where mentions that kids more than 6 years age can't stay in double room with parents. The hotel staff didn't allowed kid in same room during check-in and gave the option to switch to another room which was 2.5 times the cost of double room booked. This was really disappointing.

Just a comfortable hotel with large rooms, incl kitchinette, good bathroom, tv and cd player. It is ideal for coming by car from the north and close to a metro station.

Wifi is very slow and doesn't work all the time.

L'hôtel est bien, surtout comme dans notre cas pour un concert au Zénith, belle suite même à plusieurs adultes, petit déjeuner copieux, un bon accueil, bonne situation.

Problème d'accès suite aux travaux mais ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel;

son emplacement, son rapport qualité prix, la gentilesse et la disponibilité du personnel

un lit clic clac ( qui s'explique par le concept famille a géométrie variable) mais qui de ce fait donne une moins bonne qualité de literie

Wifi deed het meer niet dan wel, waterkoker stuk, werd niet vervangen. Bed is een bed-bank, erg onhandig en hard
