Wifi staff parking
Bed not very comfy, smell in the coridor
Parking on site and free of charge and staff was nice.
Wifi was non-existent and bed was really a stow away couch and uncomfortable.
The was good and their is a little kitchenette that you can cook.... What you want!!! But we don't use it, we are on holiday!!!! We need to experience some good restaurants... The bed was comfortable!!!! The staff was so helpful to show us the cheapest and best way to go around Paris!!!!!
Connection for the Wifi !!!!! We couldn't upload fresh photos on line.... And we want to send our post card but they don't have available stamp...
All good, no complaints. I stayed just the one night for a concert @ Le Trabendo. Good location, was within walking distance. Also the larger Zenith Arena is very close. Subway Hoche to Gard du Nord is approx 10 to 15mins.
When pre booked, they had already taken the money from my card. Which I didn't know about so upon arrival I paid for my stay, then they take 7 to 10 days to put the original payment back into my account. Not happy about that!
kitchen is good bathroom is good wifi is good
staff attitude location general feel is rough 'gym' has only 2 pieces of equipment limited breakfast
Staff there are helpful.
WIFI signal is not strong, and internet connectivity isn't reliable.
The room was fantastic here. Very friendly staff. Supermarket and metro station a few minutes walk.
Great location. Nice area, quiet. Clean and friendly staff
The location it's really god, it's pretty closer from a Metro so you can get to the town in less than 10 min by metro. At night it's ok.
My room was a little warm for me and I couldn't turn on the air conditioning because you can't manage it from the room, so I had to call the Administration all the time to turn on the AC.
Good just to sleep and spend ur day...only good thing was the staff
Bed was very small.. No facilites.... And simple hotel....
Personel was cheerul. Location is 4-5 mituses away from Hoche Metro Stop by foot. There is no noisy things around. Wifi was working well.
Furnutures was so old. And bed was just a opened sofa.
Very polite staff, who made you fell very welcome. Comfortable bed and everything I needed was in the room. Easy to find.
My stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean. Since the hotel was very quiet, I could easily relax after spending time in Paris.
There was free Wi-Fi, but I had to log into the network every five minutes on both my smartphone and tablet. However, I should have addressed the issue to the front desk during my stay, as the staff was always ready to assist me when necessary.
Good location to go to the Zenith. Close to the metro station.
It was quite dusty underneth the sofa bed. The jacuzzi was out of order.
the location is little bitter far from the city centrum
District does not look too safe but was pretty quiet in fact. Reasonable as for Paris price. Really big room, tea, microwave. Close to metro, 30-40 minutes to center.
Staff was friendly but not too helpful. Unstable WiFi.
The good facilities and big space.
There is a little bit far away from the city centra.
Except of this problem the hotel was clean and its rooms were spacious with sport channels and a fully equipped kitchen the hotel also had a nice gym and a Jacuzzi
I made a reservation in this hotel from 12/04 to 20 /04 and I want to write a review about it… First of all my room was (business man suite) when I arrived they were so nice to me and let me do an early check in without paying any extra money then when I got to the room it was looking so clean and equipped very well but when I woke up the next day all my body was full of allergy it was itching too much and I went to a doctor and she told me its probably because of bedbugs bites .. I waited to then next day when the manager was In the reception and I showed him the allergy that I had and told him its by the cause of bedbugs his assistant was surprised and asked me about the room number (which was 911) and then made a change of the room but I was little bit upset because the manager didn’t seem caring a lot plus there was a problem in the internet the speed was ok but It disconnected alot
Wifi was slow and we had to authorize via web page every 30 minutes..
Hot breakfast with good coffee
Carpet in room a bit worn, didn't realise it was an aparthotel until I spotted the sofa bed, but it was comfortable.
Staff were very friendly, the room was perfect and the restaurant was excellent
Its a fit far out but I picked it because it was so close to the Zenith where we went for a concert. The metro was fine for getting into the centre of Paris
The closeness to the Zenith Arena. The staff were very helpful.
The area seemed run down, totally different to the rest of Paris. But you could say that of any city in the world.
great staff helpful people close to the metro
bed was a couch shower leaked all over floor no/weak wifi in the rooms
Convenient location for the event I was attending.
Wifi was intermittent and connected poorly.
