Shower/ bathroom did not have door
Bedroom facilities and wifi.
Gym was in adequate and breakfast facilities were poor
Really friendly staff. Great room and very good breakfast. Convenient for visiting Paris.
Location to the train station was excellent.
Tv didn't work properly. Kept having to unplug it and plug it back in to make it work. No bedside lamps at all! So when kids went to bed, we had no light in the main bedroom area. 3 spot lights in main bedroom over clothing area were so very dim, so useless. Only one chair in the room so because couch was used for kids bed, we had to take turns to sit on the chair.
nice hotel , friendly staff
noisy comes from train ,it is far away from centre
staff clealiness location
noise of train
A great location for us as we were in Paris to watch the women's rugby World Cup final at stade de jean bouin, great location to explore Central Paris too.
Nothing was perfect
Disappointed with the parking situation.
Everything, Staff very helpful, Close proximity to train station, Clean and comfortable,
The room is very good
The parking is limited
perfect location to visit Paris, easy acces via the RER which is just across the street
Easy location for bike/train/tram/bus to anywhere in Paris. Loved coming back to a cleaned room!
Not a great food range but supermarkets nearby ( read road signs) for basic meal ingredients.
The staff were friendly and helpfull. The location was great as opposite the station and 3 stops from the Eifell Tower.
The restaurant for breakfast was a bit small and if it had self laundry facilities it would of been fantastic.
Loved the room lay out, very well designed.
Location, design, quietness, clean, comfort, safe, staff are friendly and many others.
almost every thing is good, but they don't have staff for room service, for example I request some ice, and I call reception, they inform me to come down and collect!, also the breakfast is poor but it is better than nothing.
Very helpful staff .
Breakfast was boring . After 4 nights didn't wont to go for breakfast , my son couldn't eat anything except pancakes .
The room layout Helpful staff breakfast
Pillows and bed Lift was awkward to use Car park was expensive Not close to any OPEN restaurants
The Design, The comfort and the claenliness ..
The location is a littel bit far from Paris and is in Zone 2 .. the problem was that some of metro stations were closed for construction during our stay, so you have make sure that all metro lines are working ..
Location, staff, everthing..
Wi-fi Staff of breakfast is not enough for fast survice
affordable price very clean, free movies and wi-fi.right next to bus or metro station.special thanks to receptionist Jessica
no restaurants in or around. far from city center
Very comfortable room for a family of 4; breakfast was surprisingly good, with good coffee, if expensive (but free for the kids). Location is convenient with the RER line C just outside the hotel. Ample free street parking on the weekend. A good option for a short stay in Paris.
It was close to the train station. Easy to find. The size of the room. The bed was very comfy !!!
The lady at the reception wasn't very patient. On the pictures the bathrooms had a shower + a bath, mine just had a shower. I heard some noise early in the morning whilst I was sleeping, I thought someone tried to enter in my room, but I was just next door.
The hotel looks almost new. Our suite was very comfortable, it got a bit small with the sofa bed open but still very pleasant. Great bathroom (missing hairdryer, but honestly we did not bother to ask, we had ours). It was silent notwithstanding the position overlooking the railway and near the elevators. We loved the breakfast! Kids get their own box to open with cereals, croissant, spreads, juice etc. a very nice touch to make them feel special. The variety of buffet food is more than satisfactory, and the quality of products is high. Public transport is literally round the corner. There is tram T2 and a choice of buses, but the main connection to the city centre is by RER line B. Just remember that it is not as frequent as metro.
Not really a problem, but consider that the hotel is in a sort of business district with no night life and a limited choice of restaurants. Parking spaces are limited and expensive (but I would strongly advise against driving in Paris anyway).
