Villas could accomodate groups which was good as we were travelling to a wedding in France pool and bbq facilities were put to good use Nothing really to fault, location a bit far from Toulouse but no real problem for us as we rented a car otherwise the metro is about 20mins walk from the hotel

Bon concept, tranquille, abordable. Le processus d'accueil lors de l'arrivée tardive, le manque de lumière pour trouver son numéro de chambre et les escaliers qui craquent énormément.

Organisation et modalités d'accueil (même hors les heures d'ouverture de la réception) efficace.. Villa: Propreté, design, literies très bien... Bilan très positif.. Dommage que l'on n'ait pas pu profiter des équipements du fait de notre arrivée trop tardive!

Le village saint simon est situé à 5 minutes du centre ville. L'endroit est calme et reposant. La villa est spacieuse, confortable et surtout propre. C'est un endroit idéal pour partir en voyage avec des amis.

la piscine, proche du Toulouse, la grandeur de la villa, le calme, la sécurité, l 'accueil, les lits faits à l' arrivée et les serviettes fournies. la piscine non chauffée, peu d 'ustensiles de cuisine, qualité de la réception TV moyenne,ouverture du fitness pas le dimanche.

L'aménagement intérieur, le cadre, le parking privé clos et gratuit. Le T4 est bien aménagé et comporte 2 WC et 2 SdB, idéal pour séjour en famille. L'établissement est situé à proximité d'un grand parc nature avec lac et parcours sportif et aussi d'un golf. Très bien situé pour accéder à tous les centres d'intérêts de Toulouse.

Très bon acceuil , personnel qualifié, villa bien spacieuse pour famille avec trois voir quatre enfants, avons trouvé sur place tout le nécésaire pour le séjour avec commerces pas très loin du lieu.Notre séjour s'y est agréablement passé. Je suis allergique aux poussières et ai trouvé le tapis dans le séjour plein de poussière et aucun moyen pour y remédier éfficacement.

La proximité géographique avec la miason familiale et la maison de retraite. La literie est très confortable, cependant le chauffage électrique difficile à régler nous a un peu gêné. Par ailleurs, l'accueil a été parfait, et le personnel de ménage que nous croisions était très souriant et chaleureux. Pour conclure c'est une adresse que nous ammons conservée.

Excelente para familias numerosas. Buena capacidad , apartamentos bien equipados y bien conservados Escaleras en ls apartaments...a tener en cuenta si alguno bde los miembros de la famiia tiene dificuktades de mobilidad.
