Location - almost everything you need was in the room Yes indeed ! The hair dryer ! The tube is too short, gets very hot after 2 minutes, the end falls off, has little blowing power other than burning your hand. The choice is : leave the hotel without washing your hair or leave the hotel with your hair wet - either way, you will look awful ! I cannot imagine a hotel - so thoughtful about every detail - would overlook adequate hairdryers for customers who are often female and have hair. |

I liked the staff, (Lucie in particular and Sebastian on email later who responded promptly on my queries), they knew english and were helpful and organised. pls note, stayed at your suite hotel at the alles des vergers ,not nord 2 since it was overbooked. the hotel has a nice feel about it and was good to have the free internet in the lobby. havent stayed at suite hotels before so,a little difficult to compare. however, the room could be bigger. Sorely lacking were toiletries in the bathroom! |

The rooms are very large, with nice bathrooms, free internet and a fridge/microwave. This is really handy as there aren't many eating facilities onsite. We booked this hotel weeks in advance for JapanEX and we got moved to another one without any notice. They overbooked this branch and thought it was fine just to move us. We got told we had to take a bus to another hotel in Rossy at 7pm at night after a very long and tiring journey. No offer of a taxi or compensation or anything despite the situation being their own fault. This is totally unacceptable. It's lucky that I had a car. Sadly, if you have complaints then forget about it - the management will avoid speaking to you, avoid coming to see you; you have to go see them! Again, terrible customer care! The staff at Rossy were helpful but the system is rotten, if you run into problems - you're stuffed, therefore I would recommend you book with caution. |

I like the fact that the room is more than just a bedroom, it is spacious and has a nice sized table, microwave, little refrigerator and sink area with an electric kettle. It is very convenient for staying several days, as you can go shopping for food and snacks and not have to eat out every meal. They also have a nice variety of foods down in the lobby available to buy. This was our second stay in a Suitehotel and both times we felt comfortable and liked the concept of the hotels. |

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room large and clean. Free shuttle bus to CDG, You can then get a train or bus into Paris. I didn't realise before booking there wasn't a dining room? I wasn't expecting to have to go eat somewhere else. There are 2 other places to eat and the food was good. |

We should not generalize the attitude of the staff. The evening staff were so distant and not friendly at all! They should force themselves to smile a bit! But the morning staff were nice and friendly. Room was nice, big and clean. Very quiet too despite location. Shuttle service is confusing. There are 2 hotels with the same name. For the Suitehotel Paris Nord 2, it's the pink shuttle. Ask driver first! I was fast asleep when a big spider crawled to my ear at 1 am! I had to chase the spider and kill it with the phone list for half hour!!! Then I couldn't sleep til 4 am! |

I liked the fact that there was a lot of space in the room, a relatively large, comfortable and fully equipped bathroom (sink, large tub, large shower cabin, hair dryer and enough space to put your own accessories). There was also a separate, normal sized toilet (with a large sink and fully equipped as well). Most of the hotel staff at the reception seemed to be customer-unfriendly and sometimes unwilling to help. Fortunately, as far as I am concerned, I had the pleasure to be served by a young lady, probably a new employee, who was very polite and pleased to serve me, so for me this was correct. -- During the check-out, my colleagues and I were served by a very slooow employee. |

Its proximity to a restaurant. I would have liked breakfast but the service is not easy to understand. No staff to assist, get your own coffee, a bit like living at home. I cant complain, the price is good. |

close to airport, nice bathroom, fair prices, divider between the mian bed and additional bed is nice this is an airport hotel but was not able to help with which airlines is departs from which terminal. It would be easy and nice to print such a page and put it next to the shuttle schedule |

Shuttle/taxi service to Parc des expositions. Airport shuttle. Free coffee in the mornings. Suitebox. Comfortable room. Clean room. Only one teabag and one coffee sachet per room - there were two of us and only one of each to share! They could've done better than that! No room service at all. |
