I really liked the fact that the room was well-designed and appointed, and the bed was very comfortable; the small, complimentary snacks (and water in the fridge) were exactly what was needed as I arrived late at night and left early in the morning. These small gestures make you feel welcome and help give an impression of good value and thoughtful accommodation. I also liked very much the selection of food available for breakfast downstairs, with a focus on nutrition and good quality + fresh ingredients. Best breakfast of my whole French trip! The proximity to the airport and the shuttle were very convenient.

In all French hotels I've experienced, the combination of a heated room and a continental-quilt (couette) bed covering make for an overly- hot sleep. I would like lighter blankets to be available in the room. (At least your window was openable.) You might like to know that the signage for finding the hotel shuttle from the airport is quite difficult to find and follow. I speak and read French fluently so I could ask, but people without French would struggle.

The driver for the hotel that takes you places for fee and he takes you to the place that is closed and then takes you to the open Mall then want to charge you double from what it was agree on.

After a week in tiny hotel rooms, the snpn2 was a welcome change. The room was huge and included a queen bed, a single bed, a trundle bed under the queen, a desk, separate toilet room, and huge bath with both shower and enormous tub.

As you might expect, the hotel - like any airport hotel - is away from everything. Finding a good meal nearby will be challenge. Regarding the bus - it comes quite frequently, but does take some time (roughly 15 minutes). The morning we left, there were so many people queued for the bus that it made for a rather uncomfortable ride back to the airport.

Location very good. Near to Parc Des Expositions (25min by walk).. Large rooms..

The room was extremely comfortable, large, and well set-up. The beds were soft and we all slept very well. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, and allowed for an early check-in. Pets are allowed, which was another factor for our choosing this hotel. All in all, I don't think there's a better value for the money so near to the airport. And the breakfast was delicious - all high quality offerings.

Bathroom did not have proper doors. One bus shuttle shared with 3 hotels was a bit too much as bus was over packed & did not have enough baggage area for guests.

Large room, modern and new

We enjoyed our room at the Suite Novotel and it was modern, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was poorly lacking in everything and thus I feel I will not stay in this hotel again. Peter from Sydney

Amenities in the room could be improved. Because the hotel is isolated, it would be nice to have a shop inside or outside the hotel selling basic dairy products, food, fruits, etc...

Near the airport airconditioning was working well

They debited my card 2 times. I had to call the hotel and booking.com many times to solve the problem. I got my money 1 week later they did not offer any thing in exchange.

There are many things that I like about Suite Novotel, however I especially like the SuiteBox. It combines both the function of a computer, and a cinema(with good movies) for free. Not many hotels offer such services for free. So therefore, keep it up!

There are some good movies in which the English version is not available. I hope to see English versions to be available in all movies, as the English language is an international language and I believe Suite Novotel customers are from all around the world.

having multiple Suite Novotel's in one city/airport location was VERY confusing and inconvenient. other than that, all was good

in a noisy environment it was quiet. That is the only advantage of this hotel.

Le calme, l'équipement et la qualité du petit déjeuner.

J'ai appelé l'accueil pour connaitre le nom de l'arret de bus situé à proximité de l'hotel. Non seulement le personnel ne le connaissait pas mais n'a pas cherché non plus à le trouver et a été désagréable !

j'ai bien apprecie la navette et surtout la frequence de passage. de plus le micro-onde et le refrigerateur ont ete tres utiles.

ayant partagee la chambre avec une amie, le fait que l'on pouvait voir l'interieur de la salle de bain du au design de la porte etait tres embetant et domage.
