Suite Novotel Lille Europe  

I liked the proximity to the Eurostar Terminal , the rooms ( for their interesting design their microwaves and coffee facilites, their bath and separate shower, separate loo, business facilites -wifietc) The atmosphere in the bar and reception was very welcoming . Exceptional breakfast, so give yourself time to appreciate it. Snacks and high- quality ready meals available to microwave in your room if you did not fancy going out. The main part of Lille was a very short walk away if you did want to venture forth. Lifts to all floors. We would definitly stay again.

Conveniently located within 10 minutes walk of town centre. Close to railway station and car park next door (expensive). Room was generally comfortable with useful microwave.

We were on the 11th floor, but there are no great views to be had. Also, I'm not a fan of the box cubicle toilets many hotels install these days. They're too much like something you would find in a motorhome or caravan.

The facilities in the room. My little toddler was really excited with the roo, how spacious it was and how many things she could do there. We also found really convenient the fridge and the microwave.

I could not find anything I di not like.

It was near by the mall and city center. Walking less than 5 minutes

WI FI is not working in the room but they provide a network cable.

Closeness to train.

The size and ameneties of the rooms are great. The personal was very helpfull and available. It really allows you to work in the rooms if you need to.

The absence of a restaurant in the hotel or very close by is a negative point eventhough they porpose good snacks.

Excellent clean facilities, no fuss and tea/coffe, fridge facolities in room were an added bonus

A bit further away from the centre of Lille that I thought but not too much odf a problem. Information on Parking would have been good

The location is excellent especially if you are traveling by Eurostar. The hotel is located in a peaceful area yet is close to the town centre. The hotel staff are polite, helpful and friendly. The rooms are modern, air-conditioned and spacious for 2 people. Overall it's good Value for money.

It is a nice place, confortable and located at a central address allowing quick access to TGV and highways routing to major cities To the north (antewerp, bruxels, Paris, amsterdam,etc. ).

Large rooms and location

I was very impressed by the friendliness of the staff, the clever layout of the room which was deceptively spacious, well double-glazed and very quiet. It is, indeed, very close to the Lille Europe station (Exit k and then a 2 minute walk). I would certainly stay at the Suite Novotel again. It could not be better placed for overnight stays and for catching trains from Lille Europe back to the U.K. or for onward journeys within France

On the down side, if you want to get to the shopping complex nearby, do not try and navigate round the station, go through it or you get lost in a concrete jungle complex! The small kitchenette was well stocked, except for wretched paper cups! The "shop" they advertise had a very limited stock and breakfast (which I did not take) appeared very meagre and, as other reviews have mentioned, was expensive for what you got.

Excellent space within the room and excellent value. The location was perfect for the Eurostar too
