The room was nice and big, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and mainly spoke good english. Great location if you are travelling by Eurostar and only a 10-15 minute walk from the city centre. Liked the free movies and wifi A bit of road noise which I am not used to. |

The reception staff were very efficient and the self-serve healthy food was a nice touch. We also enjoyed the complimentary coffee and cake for breakfast. The TV/Internet in the room did not work very well. It was hard to use and we had to get replacement batteries from reception. In the end, we didn't use it. The room decor and bedding was more like a 1 star hotel. The single bed in the room did not have any bedding. The TV only had one English channel, even though it was supposed to be a business hotel. There was not a toaster available for breakfast. This was by far the worst hotel in this class I have stayed in this year and we travel often. |

Excellent welcome; Excellent service of rooms; excellent offer of services (meals, Internet). Fantastic room, with 2 individual spaces: bath and shower. Wc separated in another space. Silence at night, comfortable bed. 20 meters of station Lille Europe, 200 m of a commercial center. Fantastic experience, the best in which ewe were, considering hotels of middle price in Paris, London, Kassel, Granada, Venice and Florence. If It was possible to give 20 points in 10, I would give it. If we return to Lille, Suite Hotel will be our hotel. ThankYou Suite Hotel. |

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and spoke good English in case my French could not cope. Clean, quiet room and the hotel is perfectly situated for the Eurostar station and near the city centre. Expensive breakfast which I have to admit we did not have because of the price. |

Modern quirky hotel with a certain personality which adds a bit of fun to a short stay trip (we stayed 4 nights). Good location at Lille Europe Station and metro. Recommended! No alcohol in the bar but fridge in room for the nightcap. Breakfast expensive at 13E without a great choice. Serve yourself with a cardboard box type of tray but again a bit of fun to laugh about! |

Very close to Eurostar station, take exit K and cross the road. very simple. Road quite busy, but room very quiet. Small "kiosk" in the lobby, which was convenient when watching a film in your room and suddenly you get a craving for a nice drink or a pack of crisps. Rooms are spacious, clean and nice. Like the little kitchen area. Bathroom was spotless, although all plastic, it all looked nice and was comfortable. The shower was very strong and very good. Extra points for having a separate bath and a shower cubicle. Free "pay tv" which was perfect, especially for an early evening film on sunday when everything in the town is shut. About 10 minute walk to the old town. The bed was not very comfortable, or it may have been the pillows, but my back hurt in the morning. A few stretches and walking around the town sorted this out and it will not stop me from staying at this hotel next time in Lille. |

My wife and I plus 3 children found this hotel to be extremely convenient with superb access to Lille's main attractions. It was clean, quiet, luxurious and had the really useful benefits of free wireless internet and movie channel on the TV (all in English and latest movies like Bolt !) which is a real bonus for the kids after a busy day being dragged round a city centre. In summary well worth the €185 we paid for a 1 night stay in an interconnecting family suite. My daughter said it was on a par with the Marriot in Brisbane Australia, which was until now our benchmark of excellence.. Looking forward now to staying at the Suithotel Marrakech.... We felt the breakfast was well overpriced. |

Garish colours and weird design. However, I couldn't fault the facilities, with the exception that a running machine would have been nice. That is hardly a problem though. Ceramic cups and more tea and coffee for the rooms would have been nice. |

I chose tehe hotel because of its location to Lille Europe sncf station. (About 25 metres away!) I was on a business trip and this was so convenient from the train - also for the taxis to my meeting. The restaurants and shops are only a 5-10 minute walk away in the center of Lille, so a really good location. The price also included free wireless internet and a full range of free movies! The breakfast was a little strange - continental - nothing cooked - and all in small containers that you placed in a cardboard carrying tray...a bit like a kids aprty tray, weird really! Also the hotel does not serve any alchohol in the bar - just soft drinks - which for a city hotel is really strange. Ok for a short stay but only because of its convenience factor. |
