Convenient location,friendly reception staff,very clean room.

Located beside major highway -could not open windows due to noise level and the air conditioning did not function well. There was poor circulation of air within room.

The location is excellent especially if you are traveling by Eurostar. The hotel is located in a peaceful area yet is close to the town centre. The hotel staff are polite, helpful and friendly. The rooms are modern, air-conditioned and spacious for 2 people. Overall it's good Value for money.

Excellent location (next to train station Lille Europe, on walking distance of the city centre), the large and comfortable room was sound-proof, the hotel has a modern style.

The feature I liked best about the hotel experience was the easy access to the internet.

This three star hotel fully lived up to my expectations of a comfortable, customer-focussed hotel. There is not one feature about the hotel that I can say that I did not like. Thank you.

Close to train station and cannot hear any noise from station or nearby motorway.

I booked a 'family superior' room which was supposed to fit a double bed and two singles as we have an excitable toddler who needs a lot of room. Instead, we were shown a double room and there was no way that two singles would have also fit in there also without blocking the door entirely from use. When we complained, we were told that all the rooms in the hotel were all the same size. Why then are they accepting bookings for 'family superior' rooms which imply that they are larger than a 'double room'?

Very convenient location (1 min walk from Europe train station and 8 min from city center), space room and good furniture. Very quiet in the room, no noises. Free coffee, tea, water, and snacks in the room.

There was indicated a kitchenette in the booking terms, but actually it consisted of a microwave and a kettle only.

The size and ameneties of the rooms are great. The personal was very helpfull and available. It really allows you to work in the rooms if you need to.

The absence of a restaurant in the hotel or very close by is a negative point eventhough they porpose good snacks.

Suite hotel is located very central. Walking distance from old city centre. Parking next door.

Excellent clean facilities, no fuss and tea/coffe, fridge facolities in room were an added bonus

A bit further away from the centre of Lille that I thought but not too much odf a problem. Information on Parking would have been good

I prefer having my breakfast in a seperate space and not in the lobby of the hotel
