Excellent facilities, helpful staff with a smile : what more could we wish for?
Great location staff were really friendly good value
Nothing to dislike an enjoyable stay
Comfort Location - ideal Cleanliness Bar and facilities Hospitality - exceptional Staff were majorly patient in bearing with our English and terrible French! Thanks!!!!!!
Red colour scheme in the hotel room ha!
Nothing to dislike at all
Location and helpfulness of staff. The room was perfect for our short stay and we will come again
The suites are one minute walk from Lille Europe station, four from the large shopping centre, five from Lille Flandres station and ten from the main square. Despite the proximity of the station and a major road, the "double-double" glazing made the rooms perfectly quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was kept very clean. The whole toilet/bathroom/wardrobe/ unit is a self-contained unit, so all the plumbing works a treat. There's a separate W.C., and a small sink unit with a microwave, as well as a bath/shower,separate stand-up shower and large hand -basin! Moulded fibreglass rather than tiles, which makes them easy to clean. The staff were all very friendly and I must put in a special mention for Ken on the front desk, who was as welcoming, helpful and efficient as one could wish. Thank you Ken! I would certainly recommend this place for a stay in Lille. As a matter of interest, if you leave the hotel and walk away from the station (over the bridge above the highway) there is an old cemetery with a small, rather poignant childs section just inside the gate. The old town is well worth exploring with lovely buildings and great bars and restaurants. It is also a great place to stay if you are touring the battlefields and monuments of ww1.
Nothing comes to mind.
Central location close to the main train stration (eurostar / other european destinations). Close to old town. Rooms were big for european standards
Location, Staff, Room
staff very efficient beds are good
a bit small for 4 the kids bed are in the way
Close to station although this is not exactly for us since we came by car. Rooms are clean and good size, even with 2 extra beds for the children.
Room is basic. Internet is free but slow. I do not suggest to take breakfast in the hotel, it's 15 EUR and really not worth it. We decided to go out to have breakfast. Was more expensive but at least a proper breakfast. Parking next door is expensive (22 EUR/night) As a tip, better to use parking from the Casino accross the street, this is 5 min walk and just 2 EUR/night, worth the 5 min walk...
Slightly basic but very spacious
Location Comfort Value Helpful staff
No treadmill Bit noisy on lower floors facing dual carriageways if open windows in warm weather
The Hotel is opposite to the station, so close to the shopping centre and all other amenities. The staff where wonderful so helpful and in particular Fabien nothing was to much trouble for him.
The staff were amazing, helpful, polite and great welcome and reception. Room decent size, beds comfortable, coffee /tea making facility with microwave. Spacious, clean and presentable. Good location to city centre, transport routes and getting around.
Left dirty towels on the floor for replacement, got back the afternoon to find that they didn't replace this and hung the dirty towels on the rail. Not acceptable.
Cosy clean room; great bathroom with tub and shower; huge and comfy beds for adults and child; just above the Eurostar train station; short walk to Braderie; friendly staff. The room had TWO double glazed windows and an outside wall one foot thick. And block-out curtains and normal ones. There was absolutely no noise from outside.
Again, the Accor hotels having a "summer" policy on heating in the room. We had to ask for a radiator, but the staff was prompt and courteous. Reception staff covering the bar duties had to be explained what gin and tonic is. (no lime available) However they were very polite and followed easily instructions.
The good position, very close to the Europe Lille station. The room was cleaned and comfortable.
Location close to Eurostar station. Friendly and helpful staff. Fresh, tasty and healthly breakfast.
Desk/ table in room bit of a nuisance - not really enough room for it.
Location was ideal and second time have stayed in this hotel. Having a fridge and microwave is a bonus
Hairdryers are not powerful enough
Location on doorstep of Lille Eurostar station Very spacious Vers good beds
Minor thing, no own parkingspaces. Paid parking (30 euro for weekend, so not so bad).
Perfect location for the station. Excellent facilities - we especially liked the fridge and microwave which are great for travellers.
Just tiny things which relate to replenishing items in the room and these could easily be rectified. 1) there were only 2 'regular' tea bags 2) we only had one tiny milk pod (which wouldn't have been enough for even one drink) 3) the 'soap' in our bathroom was actually a bath salt tablet when I opened it. There was no soap.
location , staff friendly and clean
there was a renovation in the hotel at the time we was there and they were working in the 9th floor and our room was in the 8th so the noise was so loud , asked the reception girl to change the room and she changed to the 2nd floor many thanks to her but also we were in the 2nd floor we were hearing the noise a little bit
Stayed in a family suite with three beds, and it was surprisingly roomy (for France). Compared to other places we stayed, it was fairly affordable. Very clean, and nice that the room came with a mini-fridge.
Location isn't *great* for touring around - you're right across from the train station so parking can be a problem - and people often park right behind you blocking you in. Day parking would have been quite expensive if the machines hadn't been broken during our stay. Not a super close walk into town, but doable if you don't mind hoofing it.
Underground parking is next to the hotel entry; Room is big and clean. Super good hotel if traveling with baby.
