Spacious rooms well equiped very clean, quiet and fairly well located. Near to line 12 of the Metro. Good value, secure car parking at reasonable cost. Outside area unattractive, but realise that there is not alot that can be done about it. Found my experience more positive than some of the reviews on hotel web site. Did not find area threatening or intimidating at all. |

the room design and cleanness was good and the rate was also good specially during the period that all other hotel was full. The service was not good the toilet have problem but they didn't come to fix it even after 12 hours!! If you need any thing you must go to lubby (for example a bottle of water) |

Very comfortable for the price.Had everything nearby Just the location was little far from city and not in the best zones of paris but it had metro station near by so that compensate the location of it. A litle bit of noise from the bar downstairs |

The hotel was quite nice: new, clean and spacious. The service was quite helpful. The location left a lot to be desired. It is a decent hike from the metro, under a freeway - the area is dirty and there are homeless people staying under the overpasses. There are no restaurants or stores near the hotel. |

I liked the security of the hotel because it was a shady part of town. I think it was a bit pricey for the area of town it was in. |

Great clean room close to the metro. Service was excellent and everyone spoke english. Good sized room and coffee and cakes were served free for breakfast. This hotel is in a bad section of town. The walk from the hotel to the metro can be dangerous at night. Parking is not included and was 14 euro/day. This is still better than parking anywhere else, but it adds up. Also, no free breakfast. Only cakes and coffee are served for free. |

Very modern, close to the metro with an easy 20 minute trip to Concorde station. Great hotel to visit Paris without so much of the congestion as the city centre. Area does not have very many restaurants near the hotel within walking distance. |

Clean hotel, quiet room. Excellent value. I asked for an extra pillow on day 1. The receptionist at the time told me there weren't any. However, when I asked someone else 2 days later I got one. The fridge in the room did not work and the one microwave meal we tried was terrible.especially at 11 Euro. |

* check-in any time: we arrived at 1AM, and that was no problem *The rooms: they are quite extraordinary: they achieved a design both modern, dynamic, comfortable and welcoming. No real need for a window view in the twin room we had: I didn't feel like looking through the window a single time. * The metro is exactly 5 minutes walk away, station Porte de la Chapelle. The metro runs until 2AM. The location is somewhat crappy looking, under the motorway junction, I would not recommend parking your rental car outside in the streets. Not a place where you feel like a long nightwalk: just metro-to-hotel. * Parking: Parking prices were poorly advertised and sounded more of a rip-off than they were for real. It pissed me off on arrival and I first tried finding outside options . |

Room was very spacious and clean. Good value for money. Quite far from sites. Metro is near, but extra time needed to go to the different sites. |

Hotel staffs are very nice and helpful and hotel condition is good. I think you should choose Suitehotel, but the one locates in Porte de la Chapelle as this area is not safe. My parents and I were robbed by 3 guys right in front of hotel at 4 pm when was still bright. We spent all the time in the emergency, police station and embassy as we lost all passports, IDs, creditcards and cash. |

Metro very close, room fully equiped (micro-wave, coffee & tea possible, possibility to separate room into 2), 24/7 shop with food at reception, elevator only works with cardkey so it's safe, very clean, good price/quality They spread perfume in the hallways, it was a bit to much. But other than that: perfect hotel! |

The hotel is located quite closely to the métro station pte de la chapelle. It took me half an hour from my suite's doorstep into the midst of Montmartre. Breakfast was worth the money for I didn't want to try out the cafés in the closer vicinity. You could though, if you speak French well enough not to be noticed as a tourist. There were complications in the beginning, because a staff member couldnt manage to speak to me in English - her nice colleague was able to provide a solution though. |

Rooms could accomodate my family with comfort. The location is not that good in the sense that the environs are durty and dark. It is close to a metro station though. |

Personnel all speak English, which can sometimes be considered unique in France... The rooms were comfortable and had all extras one can expect. Shower was great. The route to the hotel from the subway station should be mentioned on the website! We now ran across a highway to get there, and only learned about the correct route on arrival. |

The hotel is located in the heart of Paris, near the Moulin Rouge, Montmartre and the Sacred Heart Basilica. |
The hotel is situated at the foot of La Butte Montmartre, a few meters from the famous Moulin Rouge cabaret, and it offers an ideal location to experience one of Paris’ liveliest districts. |
The Villa Royale, at the foot of the Sacré Coeur and 2 steps from Montmartre, has dedicated its décor to the world of the arts. |
Opened in 2006 this hotel is walking distance from the Arc de Triomphe and close to Palais des Congrès, the ever-bustling congress centre. |
