- easy access to metro station - close to the supermarket - quite a big room

- not clean (the floor was not vacuumed) - not enough soap in the bathroom and in the toilet - the toilet was smelling - not enough seats available in the hall for breakfast

Very unfriendly staff. Not a 4 star hotel in my opinion. They couldn't be bothered to find us any milk for our coffee and had a rude attitude.

Very large room, good facilities, good lighting.

Location is not the best, but acceptable.

The staff were very friendly, and helpful. A metro station was less than 5 minutes walk away, providing links all over Paris. The hotel suite was spacious, and clean.

The breakfast was grossly expensive (€14 per day!) for crossiants and jam. There was one nice restaurant within the area, which could be difficult for those who dont want to use the Metro, on a night. A fair few homeless people hang around this area.

Comfy Bed Microwave in the room. Bathroom and toilet was separated. Good sound isolation.

Didn't have water in mini fridge the coffee and milk was not replaced in the next day. Plastic and paper cups.

Room was made very well. Well made and decorated.

Its very far from the city center. Front desk staffs were not sensitive towards children. I had requested for an early check in and reached hotel at 11AM with children. No matter how much I tried to tell them that children are very tired and require immediate check in, they made us wait till 12 and then only gave us the room.

Clean and quiet

Room extremly warm with poor air con. Got 1 single bed instead of promised 2 and there was no way to change rooms.

I didn't like the way Bookings.com have promoted this hotel. It was advertised that the suite would be 30sq.m, and it wasn't any near this size. Also while reading the information about the hotel it was clearly put that food is served on a buffet basis and only once the booking is made and paid, it is clarify that breakfast is not included. I have discussed the above with the hotel staff and they advised me that it is entirely down to bookings.com discretion what information they will include about the hotel. On this instance it contained many untrue facts.

The location is really unpleasant. Expecially during weekends there is became market and at the evening so durty place...

The size of the room (considering how close to the city it was), the luxurious bed, the bath, and the unlimited movies on demand. These are the 4 perfect things that I needed after a 24-hr flight. The healthy mini- bar options were also good (and included free).

The cleaners were in my room when I was a breakfast and when I came back they had stripped my bed and removed my towels and I still had an hour before check-out so had to ask them to leave.

Nice room. Good size for a couple and toddler. Good breakfast. Clean.

The rooms were clean, spacious, had all the amenities required and staff were friendly. We got the rooms at a good rate through a booking site and for that reason I felt it was good value for money.

The area did not feel safe and locals were not friendly. We were thinking of booking the room another night, but they wanted to charge us 130 Euros which was expensive (normal room rates are too much for the location) and was about 45 Euros more than we payed for the nights stay.

Short walk to metro into centre of Paris. Large clean rooms. Parking available for charge

Breakfast: most things came in a plastic tub. However bread rolls & boil your own egg was available otherwise no hot options
