Helpful staff, huge room, with all the things a traveler needs. Super quiet, well insulated windows. Nice breakfast. Shuttle to airport easy to use.

Hard bed, be okay cuz rest of room great. But would stay there again.

Friendly ,helpful staff. The hotel is aimed at providing comfortable "suite "type accommodation at a reasonable price for people flying into and out of CDG Airport and in this it succeeds. Its car parking arrangements are very useful. We will use it again

Nothing worthy of note

Nice, clean room, very spacious. Inside it waits for you free internet, tv programs, free new HD movies. Also for free you have bottle of water, a lots of snacks, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, etc. For someone lack of restaurant in hotel is minus (you have only breakfast if you want), but I would not agree, since in the Roissy village you have in range of 500 meters dozen of restaurants, two or three small supermarkets and bakeries. To mentions in room you have microwave oven so if you like you can buy microwave meals and eat in room. Roissy village is very nice place for walking.

I accidently booked the night before the print on the confirmation was so small it was hard to see so when we got to the hotel they would not honor it and I had to pay for another night nor would they even give me a partial credit there were not enough towels in the room or wash cloths wete not at all available when I called the front desk they were rude and unaccomodating when I saw a hotel worker in the elevator I asked her for wash cloths and she said the hotel did not have any the shower area in the room does not have a privacy door the door it has closes but has large holes tha you can look into who is using the shower if you are traveling with friends everyone must move to the opposite side of the room to provide privacy the smal twin bed next to the wall is very hard and you are against a very cold wall all night with no rxtra blankets or pillows provided.

Good value. Walking distance to several restaurants. Good place to stay if you are waiting for your flight the next day. Free shuttle to the airport.

Room smelled funny, like excess cleaning solution was used with a dirty mop to clean the room.

Room was comfortable and staff friendly. We left our passports and staff we helpful in guarding them until we could return to retrieve them.

Too down market. This was a bad choice. Also no restaurant in the Hotel. The title "Suites" is a misnomer.

We just stayed one night to catch a flight out the next day. It was handy to reach from downtown Paris via the rer train. About 20min to cdg. Room was spacious, clean, had a lot of conveniences including shower as well as tub. Very modern design. Comfortable bed. Close to airport with free shuttle. Took about 10 minutes. Pleasant short walk to the village where we had a nice dinner. Nice atmosphere and good food and good prices at Le Village restaurant

As we had to catch a flight at 9:30 am and we were supposed to be there 3 hours before, we couldn't take advantage of the breakfast included in our room price. They should have at least a continental breakfast available as of 5:30am. The snacks available helped but room coffee doesn't cut it. Can't open the windows at night because of noise from airplanes but this hotel was probably better than ones right on the airport and the price for two was just 109Euros by booking online.

close proximity to the airport was the reason of booking the hotel. The room design and style, the facilities offered were fantastic. The staff was very polite and helpful. It didn't matter that we didn't know much French. Would like to explore Novotel options for other travels especially with parents and family.

train travel to the city and back was time taking and felt unsafe late nights but that's not a hotel problem really :)

There are 4 Novotel hotels by the airport. This was confusing initially to get to the right property....even for the cab drivers!

Convenience and shuttle service to CDG. For the price, room bigger than what you would get in central Paris for the same price. Good lighting in room and comfortable roomin which to work; comfortable chairs and good desk

No restaurant in hotel. However the nearby Hotel Mercure (5 minute walk) has a good restaurant

Well designed, complete room.

The look of the rooms. The cleanliness. It looked like a new room. The fact that it had so many beds. The sliding partition. I also really liked their looks. The large soap bottle to avoid plastic waste. The free Internet. The tea. The large shower. The price The lighting.

Nothing. I think it is a great hotel for families. I loved it! I will be back.

The rooms smelt as if someone had been smoking in it. We had to open the window for period. However, it lingered for most of our stay. Shame

Directions to the aiport transportation were confusing and took a while standing in the cold wind waiting for the bus

It was very convenient for the CDG airport. The bath and shower were a great size and very clean. The toilet is separate which is great. They offer free movies on demand which is perfect. The size of the room was very generous. Having a kettle and a fridge was great and it's only a 10 minute walk to the bakery and shops.

I found the bed to be very firm. There were no cutlery, not even plastic spoons.
