Extremely modern functional design. Excellent for families. Convenient to the train station and city centre. Very friendly staff who were helpful with extra requests. Microwave in the room was very handy and the selection of movies (including childrens) in English was great. |

Very large and luxurious rooms. Interesting advantage was the free use of WIFI in the hotelroom, the free movies and the free internet on your HotelTV. |

The rooms were spacious, clean, modern, and near the center of Reims. The windows were well soundproofed. Though the room fronted on a busy street, we could not hear the traffic. The bathroom doors were particularly thin and did little to attenuate any sounds. |

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable and included features which created flexibility. Having tea and coffee making facilities and a microwave in each room is a real benefit. Complimentary coffee and cake in the foyer for those guests not wishing to pay for breakfast. |

The staff was very helpful. The hotel was clean and they also have a program to plant a tree if you reuse your towels. The breakfast was very interesting for a European spread -- everything was in little cups. It was odd, but the food was good and we were able to take it to go when needed. The rooms, while of decent size, lacked privacy for the bathrooms. There were holes in the doors to the shower/bath area, and you could hear everything. |

Very spacious room with tea/coffee making facilities, internet and music selections. A short walk from the town centre - although not a very attractive walk - through railway station. The bathroom and toilet were pre-fabricated pods with a raised lip at the base, which we tripped on when first entering. |

The hotel is very new, well designed, clean and tidy. The situation is a little way outside the town thus requiring somewhat of a trek through much building and construction work (tramway!), and the use of a subway into the railway station, for access to the town. We got used to it after a couple of days but it could be a considerable handicap to some. Excellent, safe car parking. No restaurant or catering other than the "designer" breakfast arrangement which did not suit us, and was, we thought, very much over priced for the content. |

clean, comfortable, room is well designed and has a lot of space. having tea&coffee making facilities in continent hotel is good addition, microwave and fridge are good idea as can have a comfortable dinner and breakfast in. good free parking (limited spaces though). Overall very saticfied with our stay glass doors in the shower - look good, but not practical (not complaining though - enjoyed the shower) |

The room was spacious and had funky inviting decor. The selection of on-demand movies at no extra cost was great and easy free internet connection. Extremely quiet and the service was very efficient. Arrived an hour and a half earlier than the check-in time and the room was already cleaned so they let me in. |

Excellent bathroom, sound proofing, comfortable and elegant design of rooms with screening to separate different living zones. Refrigerator, microwave and tea + coffee making facilities all supplied. An ironing room. Wonderful to have healthy foods for sale at reception to heat up or eat in the room - saves having to leave the hotel to hunt for a restaurant. Good security for the car park. More secure car parking spaces should be available free of charge |

Friendly staff, comfortable, clean rooms, good car parking We decided not to have breakfast, because we were not impressed by the menu or price. The hotel was at least a 20 minute walk from the shops- including having to walk through the railway station (platform & ticket hall). We thought that cardboard cups for hot drinks in our room was cheap and not up to the standard of the other facilities |

Very pleasant room, attractively designed. Not a bad price. Helpful receptionists. Easy to locate from Motorway. We chose this hotel because it has a car park but arrived at 3 p.m. and it was already full. |
