Suite Novotel Reims Centre  

La limpieza de las habitaciones, su amplitud. La habitación es muy buena. El parking al lado del hotel también es una ventaja y el precio del mismo era muy bueno. El personal muy amable. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, tanto para visitar la ciudad como para los negocios. Me encontré muy a gusto durante los 5 dias que estuve.

Las consumiciones del bar. Son muy caras.

Estacionamiento, que a pesar de ser pagado, estaba completo. Se soluciona con un estacionamieno cercano de la estación de ferrocarriles a 7 euros la noche

The staff was very helpful, courteous and readily available to answer our questions. The hotel appear to be newly remodeled. The rooms appear to be modular, and are sleek/modern/spacious. Parking was easy and each room had an assigned place in the gated parking area adjacent to the hotel. The town and the train station are within walking distance. The hotel is conveniently located in town yet very quiet. The lighting was especially good. My wife and I especially liked that the WC was in a separate area from the sink/shower area.

The facilities were fabulous and roomy and for the first time on my trip I was comfortable in the space and the comfort. The hotel was next to a train yard but the soundproofing was fabulous as I did not hear the first train. The breakfast was great. We were right next door to the Museum where the Allies accepted the German surrender. That was terrific.

The spacious room,my kids love it. Very clean and the staff were very warm and welcoming .

Just about 5 minutes walk to the boulevard where there are many restaurants. There is a short cut through the underground pass of the train station to the boulevard. The drawback was there is no restaurant at the hotel but it has a counter of good choice desserts and sweets near the reception. The suite was comfortable.

The hotel is very close to the down town, the Notre Dame Cathedral and shops. Also very close to the train station. The room was clean, confortable and big enpugh for a couple with one child.

The breakfeast was not so good specially when you compare with the others Novo Hotel in Versailles or Zurique.

The room was very comfortable. We stayed for only one night but wished we had stayed more. The location was good for us as we were travelling by car. The staff was nice and helpful.

Lack of a room service eventhough we were able to get our breakfast in bed. Location can be too far from the centre for people travelling by foot.

It was a little away from much of the town, so you have to walk a bit to restaurants and bars.

All was perfect,staff respectfull and very nice friendly,Top.room pleasent extremly soundproof.Bed vey comfortable.Location is on the back of the train station but it s silent.Rate for the hotel was a bit expensve indeed.Mini market suite novotel at the lobby ( salads,jogurts,drinks,cheese-but in my opnion prices are too high for those things).Fitness . For 1 night is just perfect.

Located just behind the train station and a short walk to restaurants and the main attractions. This is a new hotel with larger rooms for a city center location. Limited car parking on site means reservation is advised.

Easy access to the old town, convenient parking. Close to trains but no noise. Breakfast available intil 11.00am. Window shades and flexible screening in the room were a thoughtful asset. Staff were very helpful and helped us in English when they could.

1. Great location just beyond the train station gave excellent foot and tram access to the city via the tunnel under the station. 2. Next-door parking at the train station garage. 3. Nice room- large, good beds, microwave and mini-refridgerator, large table and 2 good chairs. 4. Good wi-fi and English language television (CNN & BBC). 5. Good front-desk staff with usable English-language skills. 6. On-site restaurant (although we didn't use it). 7. "Convenience store" for basic foods right in the lobby. 8. We were at the end of a 40-day trip and had plenty of room to overhaul our packing and get ready to fly.

THeir electronic room-door keys had to be re-done several times during a three-day stay. That's pretty minor....

The rooms are a lovely size, and breakfast was amazing, I would return just for the breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The beds were not comfortable. We were 2 girlfriends sharing a room, and the second bed was not made up. Also, we only had 1 tea bag and 1 bottle of water each day, not enough for 2 guests
