Service, each day a free bottle of water. High price (12 Euro) for the breakfast, choice consisting out of: bread, croissant, chocolate bread, corn flakes, fruit salad, juice, milk, jam, yougurt. For that price, ham and cheese would also nice. |

Design and funcionality of the room; 15 min walk from city center. The furniture of the breakfast hall is more decorative than comfortable; the type of breakfast can be unusual for some guests but originality is appreciable, compulsory payment at the time of check-in; located along noisy street but sound-proofing of windows was effective. |

It was good to have cooking facilities available, although limited to a microwave, even though I only used the kettle. Free movies were OK if you needed to pass the time.. TV channels were a poor selection. |

The room and the bed were fine. It is in a very bad part of town, nowhere near any decent restaurants. The garage is a nightmare - hard to get in and out of. There was no restaurant in the hotel. |

Very good room facilities - microwave, fridge, room partition etc. Internet not working, and insufficient early information about what a "suitehotel" is - i.e. no restaurant, but good facilities for simple self-catering if you arrive prepared (and that includes your own cutlery and plates as well as food and drink) |

The rooms were very spacious and clean and the hotel was in an ideal location for our stop over. The staff were also very friendly and the Hotel had a comfortable feel. Not a lot of choice at breakfast although we understand it was continental. |

Good view from our room on the top floor, and the en-suite room was great as we were an adult group. The hotel is very close to the centre of town. I would definitely use again and would recommend. Extra pillows in the room. |

Large room which gives plenty of space. Have to pay to park 10 euro's but have direct access to the hotel. Good facilities in the room and very comfortable. Although booked a superior room, only given a starndard room. |

Hotel was clean and comfortable. I thought the breakfast was very poor for the additional cost involved (12 euros per adult and 6 euros per child). I would not take this option again as I think it is just a way for the hotel to make some extra money, rather than provide a decent meal. |

The hotel is bright and clean. The breakfast was very good compared to some of our experiences in other French hotels. Onsite parking is available but at €10 per night. The metrobus stop is within 100 metres of the hotel and allows access to the city centre within 10 minutes. The metrobus service is very regular and at €1.40 a trip is very affordable. The prices in the bar were more than a little steep! |

A very warm welcome from the receptionist Annice, who spoke excellent english and was very helpful, nothing was to much trouble for her ! The Hotel itself is only 2 years old and is excellently maintained. Would definitely recommend this Hotel and will stay there again ! The only criticism I have, are the extremely high prices for a beer at the tiny bar.having said that, there`s plenty of bar`s and restaurant`s to choose from, this Hotel`s location being only a 15 minute walk from the centre of Rouen. |
