Modern, well equipped room

Receptionist was not welcoming initially although after a few minutes she thawed out and was friendly. The first impression is important though.

Clean, friendly staff and funky design.

Hotel was great, but no evening meals.

Staff was very polite, we stayed at the Suite with the river view and it was nice, clean and comfortable. Hotel in a walking distance from the city centre.

Parking entrance was too narrow, my car was simply too wide. Reception lady said that I could park on a street near hotel for free, but we chose other option and parked on a parking 1 km away from hotel. That was disappointing as we chose that hotel partly because of parking.

Comfortable suite hotel about 15-20 minute walk to the city - can walk down by the Seine River and the port or a more direct route. Facilities are good, microwave, jug (for tea and coffee), food available for purchase near reception. Staff very helpful.

That secure parking is available if needed. The location is near enough centre but fairly easy to find. The calm efficient atmosphere of the hotel. The tea making facility although our room seemed to cater for 1 guest I'm sure reception would have provided for more if asked.

We very much like the style of the Suite hotels: containing all facilities the modern traveler wants to feel at home, including free internet, microwave, functional design, spacious rooms... It was our second stay in this hotel, as we were again very satisfied.

Very pleasant stay. Only stayed one night. Room was comfortable, bathroom was big, separate toilet was a nice change. Small fridge and tea and coffee making facilities was wonderful. Only hotel so far to have this in the room. We left one thing in the room by accident and they were on the phone within a couple of hours to let us know, then promptly mailed it to us at one of our later destinations, talk about service!

Parking (but expensive) Space

An excellent family room for an overnight stay with two children (age 7 & 11) incorporating useful features. All fine for a mid journey over night stop.

Difficult to find car park upon arrival. Breakfast eaten effectively in the hotel lobby which was not an experience liked by my family. Staff also slow to restock items. Childrens breakfast in a box healthy but not particularly liked, so some unnecessary waste! Prefab bathroom / wc takes some getting used to but all serviceable and fine. An edge of town location.

Nice big room with a good layout. We had a family room and there was a partition to pull across, separating the double bed from the 2 singles.

Breakfast was expensive. The wi-fi is a bit hit and miss. Limited parked spaces.

I was very impressed with the attitude of the staff - very friendly and professional. The room was well equiped and comfortable. The stay over was a perfect break on a long drive at the start of our holiday.

Great hotel for a stopover in Rouen with the family (2 adults + 2 kids). Just make sure that you add that you are booking as a family in the comments bit of the booking; so the hotel know to make the extra 2 beds up (if you're booking the "Superior Suite with 1 Double Bed and 2 Single Beds"). The booking.com system didn't carry forward the detail that we were a family, so the hotel assumed it was just 2 adults (correct type of room though). Fortunately the lady at the hotel desk was very helpful and transferred us to a room that had been prepared for 4 people. So good marks for service and the hotel sorting out an issue that was not of their making. I knew that I'd have to pay approx 11 Euros for the secure parking under the hotel, so that wasn't a surprise.
