Good location--short walk to town center. Parking also available and convenient. Room was very small -- not much room to maneuver. |

A very warm welcome from the receptionist Annice, who spoke excellent english and was very helpful, nothing was to much trouble for her ! The Hotel itself is only 2 years old and is excellently maintained. Would definitely recommend this Hotel and will stay there again ! The only criticism I have, are the extremely high prices for a beer at the tiny bar.having said that, there`s plenty of bar`s and restaurant`s to choose from, this Hotel`s location being only a 15 minute walk from the centre of Rouen. |

The hotel is very good While we knew breakfast was extra - we decided to take, fot the kids it cost six euros but then there was no cereal specific for the kids - so we ended up paying just for a glass of milk, (as the cereal we had to buy ourselves) |

it was very clean and had a lot of space and everything that you needed a small point wich may be a big point for someone else was that there was only a small amount of toilet paper and we ran out of....however we made use of the tissues that were there so it didnt impact on us particularly....us brits tend to make do i guess....overall it was very comfortable and in a nice location and that was the only thing and to be honest we felt it was a minor thing..... |

Breakfast was rather poor. Except the bred and the coffee everything came in small plastic containers - looked very modern, but not exactly my taste. Would have preferred some real ham and cheese. |

Très grande chambre, accès internet inclus et fonctionnel. A deux pas du centre ville. Assez bruyant le matin en semaine (chambre sur rue). Pas vraiment donné, mais le prix des hôtels à Rouen est assez élevé dans l'ensemble et l'offre de 3 étoiles est limité. |

中心地からは歩いて１５分ぐらいかかるが市内や川沿いを歩くのもよい。部屋も清潔で気持ちよい。 シャワーブースの扉の下部に隙間があり、湯が飛び散る。トリプルと言ってもソファーベッドだったのがちょっと残念。 |

La salle de bain, un bon matelas, de l'eau chaude sans probleme, les films gratuits... Tonnes de poussieres sur les étageres, le matelas un peu salle et une odeur se dégage, trop de bruit venant de l'extérieur... |

L'espace de la chambre. Le problème d'insonorisation de la chambre par rapport au trafic routier. Le personnel de ménage qui frappe à 10h00 pour demander à nettoyer la chambre; le service du petit déjeuner indigne d'un hôtel de ce tarif (tables non nettoyées, vaisselle manquante, personnel non disponible): Il n'y avait que 10 clients à cet instant! |
