Large spacious rooms with kettle, microwave and fridge - a real bonus in france. Great design for a perfect short stay break. On site parking very useful and the little bits and bobs in bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette were a treat. It is a 15 minute walk out of city centre but that is no problem in fine weather, much easier to leave in the morning. It is fairly nerw so not sure how decor will stand up - would have liked more than one tea bag!!

That secure parking is available if needed. The location is near enough centre but fairly easy to find. The calm efficient atmosphere of the hotel. The tea making facility although our room seemed to cater for 1 guest I'm sure reception would have provided for more if asked.

The Location is not bad, 15 minutes walking to the heart of the center. Very clean hotel. Nice staff. In general a good hotel. If you go to the hotel during school holidays. Don't take breakfast. Buffet way to small for all the customers, you had to wait for bread and for a cup to take a coffee. Not neceserraly a problem, but when you pay around 11-12 Euros for a breakfast it is a problem.

Compact & well designed, clean and the staff were excellent. Nothing was to much trouble. We were two mature women and one of us had to sleep in a very small single bed. I would suggest a 3/4 bed as your second.

We very much like the style of the Suite hotels: containing all facilities the modern traveler wants to feel at home, including free internet, microwave, functional design, spacious rooms... It was our second stay in this hotel, as we were again very satisfied.

The room was spacious with a nice view over the Seine. There were dividers giving the third occupant a degree of privacy. The bathroom was big and included both bath and shower as well as sink. The room included a hot plate for cooking, a fridge and a dish washer. As a "suite" hotel, it is good for self catering, families, groups willing to share a room with three or more people. There is a great walk by the Seine with good restaurants. Not far from the center of town -- just a short bus trip or moderate walk. A short drive along the river takes you into some really nice countryside, charming villages, forests, picnics by the Seine, etc. The breakfast was not up to standard. No full English or equivalent, choice of cereals limited, coffee from a machine, a large variety of packaged foods, not very fresh. Breads -- croissants, etc. -- quite good. Some fresh fruit. Adequate, but not really satisfying. To use the catering facilities in your room you may need to bring or acquire some plates (paper) or cutlery (plastic), or a saucepan. We enjoyed a room made breakfast more than the one the hotel provided after visiting the local super market for supplies. No lunch or dinner provided.

Very pleasant stay. Only stayed one night. Room was comfortable, bathroom was big, separate toilet was a nice change. Small fridge and tea and coffee making facilities was wonderful. Only hotel so far to have this in the room. We left one thing in the room by accident and they were on the phone within a couple of hours to let us know, then promptly mailed it to us at one of our later destinations, talk about service!

Used hotel as a stop over on way back to Euro Tunnel so only in the hotel a matter of hours. Location is perfect for this, hotel is spotlessly clean and tidy and the availability of parking was perfect. Complimentary tea/coffee for our early start next morning was also very welcome.

An excellent family room for an overnight stay with two children (age 7 & 11) incorporating useful features. All fine for a mid journey over night stop. Difficult to find car park upon arrival. Breakfast eaten effectively in the hotel lobby which was not an experience liked by my family. Staff also slow to restock items. Childrens breakfast in a box healthy but not particularly liked, so some unnecessary waste! Prefab bathroom / wc takes some getting used to but all serviceable and fine. An edge of town location.

We actually stayed twice at this hotel. On the first trip, we stayed one night, and on the second round of our trip, we stayed two nights. Fantastic staff at Reception, especially the lady who managed it during the day, and the lady who managed the breakfasts every morning. All staff were wonderful and very helpful. Rooms were great for a family of four (2 adults and 2 children). They were also very clean and neat. Beds were comfortable with memory foam mattresses. When we mentioned that room 302 was noisy, we were offered a new room immediately. Staff offered to store our luggage and chilled food/drinks whilst the new room was prepared. When we got back to our room that night, all our belongings had been carefully moved and stored into our new room. Excellent service! We would definitely use this hotel again if we're in the Rouen area. Room 302 was very noisy. It faced the main road, along the River Seine. We think the seals on the windows are not put in properly, and therefore allows noise to penetrate into the room. There is a club opposite, and the Saturday night revellers were quite a robust group. Also, bikers were revving their motorbike engines in the middle of Saturday night. The fridge in this room was not working, and the previous occupants may also have locked the safe which meant that we could not use it on arrival (which was very late at night). The night duty manager did make a note of these so they can be checked out. The hotel's car park has a maximum height of 2m; so if you're travelling with a roof box, you will not be able to use the car park. However, there are plenty of on road parking.

Nice big room with a good layout. We had a family room and there was a partition to pull across, separating the double bed from the 2 singles. Breakfast was expensive. The wi-fi is a bit hit and miss. Limited parked spaces.

Reception Staff really helpful, wanted to change my date of stay and it was all done for me by the staff. Their english was very good. Room was big and well equipped. Breakfast is ok, free for kids, nothing different to most self serve breakfasts. Not having a restaurant a bit inconvenient, as the location of the hotel is a little "urban". Walking past "working girls" with my children was an experience, and quite a few drunks in the area and Rouen town centre. Car park was a little small and cramped, but good to leave the car there. Pre-booking the car park should be advised on the room booking form if possible.

Good location, easily accessed from Autoroute. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large rooms with good facilities, excellent for large families. Very good breakfast, excellent value for families as children eat for free. Easy walk to local restaurants for evening meals. Insufficient parking, and small breakfast area, very busy when we visited.

The hotel is very spacious and nice. Good comfort and nice tidy rooms. You also have some kitchen appliances, so you can prepare some easy food if necessary. There is also a Carrefour City close by. It is located a short walk (10mins) from the main attractions in Rouen.
