la comodidad y la limpieza de la habitación (excepto los cristales) Elegi el hotel porque tenia trasalados desde/hasta el aeropuerto, pero el bus que nos tenia q recoger no llego, despues de esperar una hora, (y ver todos los buses de los demás hoteles pasando cada 5 minutos) tuvimo que coger un taxi y los taxistas con conocen el hotel. Nos dijo el chico del hotel que pasaba cada 40 min. Pierdes mucho tiempo en esperar al bus, no merece la pena. |

Rooms are clean and well appointed. Reasonable hotel to stay at for a comparable 3 star hotel in the US Price of food in vending machines are hugely overpriced, Recommend walking 5 minutes to the Roissy village if you don't check in too late. |

The room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Very good value for money. I would like to have more information about the shuffle timetable at my arrival (I informed the hotel of my late arrival at night, it would have been great to receive by mail some information about the shuffle - whether there was one available at that time or not). Anyway once arrived at the hotel the staff was great and gave us every info we needed. |

style, comfort, queitness, wireless internet shuttle service - driver was late and then replacement driver was even later; it took an hour to get to the hotel. Phone did not work and was not fixed after staff was notified. Prepaid rate was honoured only after the staff invoiced us for a higher rate. |

Room was better than expected...shuttle service connections worked well as we were only there for 1 night and were catching an early morning flight this was important. It arrived on time but the next hotel on the shuttle stop was lined up with appr 50 people and we only had room for 15. They were not happy..and we were, therefore I highly recommend the Suites at Mdb. No restaraunt for a late night dinner although the staff recommeded a wonderful resteraunt at a neighbouring hotel that was fantastic. |

great room, great value, very comfortable. the staff was not helpful in the late evening as inquired as to how to get to the hotel. once i made it to the CDG airport, i waited for over 45 min to get the shuttle - only to call again and be informed that it was finished (despite me calling 2x before, and they said shuttles would continue to run until 12:20am). |

Info on getting to Paris was not good. ie No mention of the Roissybus that went direct from CDG to Opera which is exactly where we wanted to go. We had to find this ourselves on the internet. Supplied info in the booklet. was complicated. |

night manager on May 23 very knowledgeable,, easy for friends to park, easy and free access to terminal for T2 flights, rooms clean and comfortable, flight info available in bar, availability of frozen meals and wine which would make it easier to have last night with friends in room rather than going out am mangers not aware of shuttle only going to Terminal 2, option of continental bfkt for 7 euros not written, unable to print out boarding pass due to "lack of toner" but I did not pursue with staff as they were busy |
