Location. Suite was excellent. No noise, beds comfortable. Bathroom facilities were great. Good hot water. Cleanliness was perfect. Staff were friendly but lacking in professionalism. |

The staff on the front desk were incredibly helpful especially as we had our small dog with us and this created problems when ordering a taxi as taxis were not keen to take a dog. They helped us find someone who would take a dog and also a pet shop where we could buy some equipment. |

The suite was very comfortable and new. The staff seemed clueless. The front desk person could not tell us how tor where to connect with the bus back to the hotel from the airport. That seemed basic information to me. She said, "Well you can't expect me to know everything". |

The accommodation was excellent. I would have preferred an email giving me advance notice of the best way to get from the airport to the hotel. I didn't know there was a shuttle. Also, it would be useful to have further information about how to get from the hotel to Paris or local shops. |

Hotel is comfortable and quiet. Rooms are spacious and well decorated, all appliances are new. Hotel shows own character and taste, quite a relief from the insipid sameness of hotel chains. Price is quite honest. There is no restaurant or room service. The choice for buying some snack / drinks are very limited, which make all the convenient appliances in the room (fridge, microwave, etc) rather useless. And you can´t just get out and buy something, you´re totally isolated. |

Talk about a surprise! We were thrilled with our room. What a nice hotel. The room was extra clean, the hotel clerk was really helpful even with limited English. The shuttle was on time and the drivers were helpful with getting you to the right gate at the airport. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. The only thing we had to pick from were the recommendations, hope this helps. |

The decoration is modern and stark. I loved it. The place was immaculate. If you want to use the sofa bed you must tell them in advance. They don't provide bed linens anywhere in the room. So, don't wait until you are exhausted and ready to fall into bed before you do this. |

very convenient with superb accomoation SHuttle bus while convenient, should pay attention to the attitude of the drivers as this is the first contact with the hotel and determines ones perceptions of the hotel |

the advertised free wi-fi did not work, so I could not hook up my computer to the internet. The hotel did have its own computer on ethernet which we could use. Still, the staff at the hotel should have made an effort to fix the problem. |

The room was very large, tastefully decorated and comfortable. We needed more towels in the room and the staff responded immediately. No problem with taking the shuttle to the airport, I think that we waited the expected 15mn or so before seeing one. I will definitely plan on staying at this hotel again when we come back for more vacations in France. |

Size of the bed and room. Access to the local park and external restaurants. High price for what you get. Lack of internal restaurant. What I consider false advertising (claim that there was an on-site restaurant when all that was available was a room for a continental breakfast). No "plug-in" internet connection. |

Rooms are clean and well appointed. Reasonable hotel to stay at for a comparable 3 star hotel in the US Price of food in vending machines are hugely overpriced, Recommend walking 5 minutes to the Roissy village if you don't check in too late. |
