O apartamento é muito bonito, bem decorado, funcional e espaçoso. O serviço de quarto foi muito eficiente. A colocação de algum piso anti-derrapante na banheira porque pode estar sujeito a acidentes na utilização por pessoas idosas. |

Everything was perfect. I stayed at the hotel on my birthday on a return trip from Vienna, the flight was delayed for 2 hrs and my wife had called to say happy birthday and the staff mentioned it to me immediately I showed up. Also the room was beautiful and clean, I couldn't have asked for anything more on my BD. The shuttle was on time too. |

The 2 room suite was beautiful, very modern, large and clean. The complimentary shuttle to the airport (Charles de Gaulle) is very convenient and runs frequently. Free WiFi access and a computer in the lobby were very convenient. We arrived at 2pm and checkin was at 3pm. The room was not still not ready. The initial staff member we met was not overly helpful or friendly. She was very abrupt. Subsequent staff we dealt with were very nice. The hotel is close to the airport but is not for someone who would like to go in to Paris. |

Ease of access to cdg with shuttle service. Proximity to restaurants, motorway to Paris etc Lift was not working when we arrived and there is no in-house restaurant except for breakfast. Hotel staff the best I have dealt with right down to cleaners. |

Very large, comfortable, and quiet suite. Yes - the entrance was locked at 11:30pm (in Paris) and the door was stuck and wouldn't open even when the manager tried to unlock it and force it open. Also, service was poor - when we called from our room and needed an extra pillow and sheet, they told me to come down to the reception area and get it. |

Great hotel an great location near the CDG Airport, a trully shoking surprise of how nice decoration and great staff. Something interesting: you can go 24hr to reception and they sell food and beverages that you can cook in your room's microwave. The airport shuttle is a great service. |

Location. Suite was excellent. No noise, beds comfortable. Bathroom facilities were great. Good hot water. Cleanliness was perfect. Staff were friendly but lacking in professionalism. |

The staff on the front desk were incredibly helpful especially as we had our small dog with us and this created problems when ordering a taxi as taxis were not keen to take a dog. They helped us find someone who would take a dog and also a pet shop where we could buy some equipment. |

The suite was very comfortable and new. The staff seemed clueless. The front desk person could not tell us how tor where to connect with the bus back to the hotel from the airport. That seemed basic information to me. She said, "Well you can't expect me to know everything". |
