Location.

No air-conditioning in bedroom although this had been paid for, and was for us a prerequisite of any Paris hotel. Breakfast in basement. Lift felt unsafe and broke down on last day. Car parking two streets away and four floors below ground level with lift broken and no pedestrian access; had to walk up and down the ramp. Major fire hazard as secondary access to car park was locked.

Nothing at all.

The front desk person was simply aweful. They lack in all manners, are rude and disrespectful towards guests. The room was atrocious. We were treated so poorly adn disrespectfully that we left for another hotel. Stay away from this hotel.

Great location in Latin Quarter and close to rer tube train - loads of eateries and bars

The best thing about this hotel was its location just blocks from Notre Dame and one block from St. Germaine and the Sorbonne and a few blocks from the Luxenbourg Gardens. Very close to all transportation.

The hotel can use a makeover in the worst way. The maids cleaned your room every day but apparently not too thoroughly. While the rugs were vacuumed every day, nothing could remove the ingrained dirt from years of spills and what not. The dust on top of the wardrobe was gross as was the empty beer can. While we found a new pair of mens thongs still in a paper bag under the bed, we did not appreciate finding used ladies thongs on the top of the closet....yech.

The hotel is within walking distance of many of the main attractions in central Paris and has good access to buses and Metro.

I know that many hotels in Paris have very small rooms and this was no exception. If my husband was sitting at the desk I had to climb over the bed to get to the bathroom. Th bathroom door needed a good spray of wd40 as it creaked liked the door to a gothic castle.

Good location and friendly staff

Lift was not working and i was on the 6th floor. Left luggage area not secure which is a bit of a concern if you have to check out but would like to leave your luggage to collect later.

The location was very good.

La atencion no era de la mejor, sus piezas no tenian muy buen olor y el desayuno buffet era bastante pobre. Para no ser un hotel de los baratos su calidad era bien de bajo nivel. Nos enteramos cuando nos veniamos que lo cerraban hasta junio del 2012 por remodelacion (suponemos que por eso las negligencias en la atencion y el mal olor del edificio). Lo peor de todo, el olor a Pichi (amoniaco) de su baño..

La chambre la plus petite de l'hôtel m'a été donnée (cf plan d'évacuation), la plus mal située (près de la machinerie ascenseur) . Bruits non identifiés à fréquence irrégulière nécessitant le recours au boules quies. Prix booking.com = prix officiel moins 5 € : réduction très insuffisante ; mieux vaut payer 5 € de plus et avoir une chambre "normale". Hôtel vieillot devant être impérativement rénové

Perfekt beliggenhed. Stort 3-personersværelse. Venligt og imødekommende personale.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war eigentlich o.k., obwohl immer dasselbe angeboten wurde. Für ein paar Tage kann es akzeptiert werden, das Frühstücksei gibt es dann wieder zu Hause.

Das 1. uns angebotene Zimmer war so dreckig, dass wir um ein anderes gebeten haben: Scheinbar wird da überhaupt nicht gereinigt, im Bad ausserdem Schimmel. Das 2. Zimmer (zum Hof) war wenigstens ruhiger. Im Zimmer ganz schlechtes Licht, im Flur Licht defekt. Die Einrichtung wird wohl auf dem Flohmarkt gekauft. Die Zimmer entsprechenden keinesfalls dem Bild im Internet, sonst hätten wir ein anderes Hotel gebucht.
