Only the location. Lovely apartment , great location but terrible hostess. The whole process of booking was complex - bank transfer of booking deposit. Deposit of Euro 300 with advance payment of room charges in cash. Very stressful dealing with the 'hostess' In the end she cheated us of Euro 60 as 'cleaning charges'. A modern day Mrs Scrooge. We made a big mistake booking this apartment. A hotel would have been cheaper and more comfortable. Save yourself this hassle , there are many other other places to stay in Strasbourg

- Appartement spacieux. - Equipement complet. - Très bien situé. - Décor coquet. - Matelas et oreillers un peu trop mous, demandant de gros efforts pour se retourner. - Escalier raide avec une rampe trop basse. - La chaleur devient vite étouffante si l'on n'ouvre pas les fenêtres.

L'accueil a été très agréable et nous avons tout de suite été à l'aise. L'appartement est "ultra bien situé" : 6 mn de la Cathédrale, 2 mn de la Petite France, autobus à 25 mètres, tram à 2 mn ! tout cela au calme, car donnant sur une cour intérieure. C'est un appartement ancien : hauts plafonds, très grandes pièces, déco agréable. La salle de douche est très petite, mais fonctionnelle. La cuisine est parfaite et j'ai apprécié la cuisinière à gaz et le "vrai four" (en plus du micro-ondes), ainsi que le coin petit déj, en plus de la grande table de la salle à manger. Rien ne manquait à l'équipement (y compris les sacs poubelle !) Quand nous pourrons retourner à Strasbourg, nous renouvellerons notre séjour au même endroit, car nous n'avons aucune critique ni aucune restriction : tout était parfait !
