clean room Location : good for bus but not good for subway Bed was partialy broken which I would say failure of preparation (But they fixed instantly and suggest free breakfast, which was proper service I think) Parking : They charge separately which is not good for such level hotel. Even no elavator (stairway only) from parking to room or reception Quality of breakfast was average

The room was made up ready to accommodate the children anf the staff explained what bus to take into la defense so we couls get onto the metro Some may consider the bus ride unfavourable but it avoided the costly city centre charges

Good location close to the river. Hotel is not in touristic area and finally I heard French language in Paris. Perfect hotel for business people. Carpet could be cleaner...

The hotel was very clean. The receptionist was very nice and kind. It was well located (although we had a car so I am not sure about public transport). In addition, although it was a non-refundable and unchangeable reservation due to special prices, the hotel was very kind to modify our booking and postpone it one week. Overall, we liked the hotel. The room (the family room for 4 people) was quite cramped and was barely a space to move in the room.

Staff were great & all spoke english. Hotel was nice & clean & room was spacious. The location was fantastic & very safe even late at night. All amenities very close by & lots of restaurants too. CDG airport was 20-30 mins drive away. Regular bus service to main metro station. No metro station nearby. Only RER or tram which was a loooooong walk up a hill!

Je le choisis régulièrement lors de mes déplacements vers l'ouest de Paris, que ce soit pour des raisons professionnelles ou privées.J'aime la facilité d’accès, la tranquilité du quartier en we notamment, son prix. L'accueil est irréprochable. Stationnement sur la rue le plus souvent. Ajoutons la décoration vieillissante des chambres et couloirs.

Nous avons aimé son emplacement par rapport au centre de Paris Nous sommes arrivés à 20h à l'hôtel, donc nous avons voulu diner. Il y avait un seul serveur et sans doute un seul cuisinier. Le service a été très très long, et le serveur très moyen: si son travail ne lui plait pas, il faut changer! Il y avait beaucoup de rupture sur la carte: ricard, compote, macaroni... Assez déçu pour le prix que l'on a payé!

Moquettes tachées partout dans l'hotel (20 ans d'age au moins). Filtre d'aération pas changé depuis des années (odeur de moisi). Salle d'eau peu ergonomique et manque de pression d'eau. TV vieux modèle. L'hotel n'est pas au std Novotel voir inférieur à pas mal d'Ibis. Même le petit dej. n'est pas à la hauteur (omelette caoutchouteuse, lard pas assez grillé, pas d'expresso, vienoiserie grasse, etc...)

L´hôtel a grand besoin d´être rénové. Les moquettes, les peintures particulièrement des couloirs sont sales, dans un état peu digne de cette catégorie.Le personnel est tout juste sympathique.

Camere da 4 posti teorici. 2 posti letto su divano con materassi sottilissimi. Si dorme sulle molle. Frigobar nonostante ripetuta richiesta in 6 giorni non è stato rifornito. Armadio e cassiettiere inestistenti. Personale in sala colazione poco cortese e poco professionale. Personale delle pulizie con scarsa cura della propria igiene personale. Al momento della partenza in taxi (alle 5 del mattino) venivo rincorso dal personale del ricevimento per il pagamento del conto il quale era gia stato saldato la sera prima. Cose mai viste !

Hotel situato in una buona posizione per raggiungere Parigi, utilizzando I mezzi pubblici - Autobus 144 fino alla Defence e da lì vi è la Metro per Parigi. Bella la struttura, ottimo il servizio di ristorazione e la gentilezza del personale. Il parcheggio si paga a parte. Wifi libero ed accessibile a tutti Il pagamento del parcheggio
