The location was good.
The hotel was dirty and smelly.
Staff was very unhelpful Breakfast very poor. Room was terrible door to toilet couldn't close. First we arrived someone staying at the hotel had things stolen from there room. From reaction of the staff this was not uncommon.
Dirty shower curtains (still the same as a year ago if not mistaken), hair dryer and the light in one of the shower room didn't work. Someone was smoking right below my bed next to the window and was woken at 3-4am, people were yelling at him, but don't think that person got kicked out of the hostel as the regulations said.
The location is very close with main station. 중앙역이랑 가까워서 좋음.
There was no light for toilet and shower room.
Location of the hotel is very good and easy to find. Dorm was really clean with brand new cosy beds.
the fact that there was no light in the shower for almost 2 days although i reported it so all he girls had to take showers in complete darkness!
Excellent location, nice large room. Don't be discouraged by the outside appearance of the hotel. Inside is much nicer.
Parking is difficult to find before evening.
great location: near metro station, restaurants nearby, quiet & safe area! friendly staff, good value for money, facilities are good, wifi in room.
wifi is kind of weak in the top floor.
Good location not far from city center. L'emplacement est bon car proche du vieux port mais un peu en retrait;
Safety issue: no key for dormitory located right next to the entrance door, no check, anyone can come in. Also, Curfew from 1 to 5: no nightlife fun. Not very welcoming staff. niveau de sécurité insuffisant concernant le dortoir situé à côté de l'entrée laisse à désirer : on entre dans l'hôtel comme dans un moulin, il n'y a pas de clef. Couvre feu de 1:00 à 5:00. Pas de sortie nocturne possible. Accueil désagréable.
The Location is very good!
the facilities are not in the good quality even they look new. The dormitory is quite messy.
Cheap stay within easy walking distance of the port. Plenty to look at and see around the hotel. Good for a day or two. Comfortable enough. Staff reasonably helpful.
Old building, no lift if you have mobility issues, wifi is terrible and doesn't reach some rooms.
-Comfy bed (but falling apart and very squeaky when getting up to/moving around on top bunk). -Clean -Access to a mini fridge in communal area. -Communal lounge with TV is very nice.
-Wifi appalling and unprotected. Could get signal, but some devices wouldn't connect, then when they do connect, some sites would recognise the connection, some would not. -Male staff member was lazy and unhelpful. -No kitchen, no access to water to fill bottles other than bathroom sink, can only get cutlery/plates etc when reception gets it for you from kitchen labelled 'staff only' just off the communal lounge. -Both female showers in dorm rooms were blocked, so flooded immediately. -No soap to wash hands in bathroom. -No room key, reception has to buzz you in for 'safety' which, ironically, becomes very unsafe. -There is a curfew, this really didn't bother us, (I think it was no admittance 1am-5am) but it might bother some.
No hair dryer
Location is great, 5 min walk from metro station. The quadruple room was quite spacious.
The room was very old. The bathroom door could not even be closed because there was no door knob or anything or the sort. The door of the shower cubicle was difficult to close. No hair dryer. Noisy street.
This hostel was the cheapest in Marseilles at that time and the location was quite okay.
The Wi-Fi did not work sometimes, the kitchen was only one fridge and microwave in the living room and the staff was not so friendly or helpful.
WiFi connection is poor in the hostel. No kitchen, and even any cups or kettle are not allowed for us to use. There's another issue of a misunderstanding on the booking and still waiting hostel to return money back. Disappointed.
Great location - awesome for back packers.
Staff is not helping.
Good price, staff friendly.
Very, very old and run down.
the location is really good
there are no towels. the shower is bad, it was very dirty. there are no doors on the dorm rooms, only main door which opens with terrible creak and I didn't sleep all of night.
Dormitory was calm, Bed was neat. Staff behaviour was good.
Breakfast to be reserved prior one day
The guy at the reception knew English and was very helpful good wifi not very far from city center
The girl at the reception did not speak english very much and she did not know what to recommend for sight-seeing in town rooms without doors in the hostel part, not that much space
wifi did not work television in room did not work
Nice location (5-10 minutes walk from the Old Port of Marseille), clean, big lockers, relatively cheap for french standards. Typical, polite staff. Big city map for free.
Small dormitory, the breakfast is extra charged for 5E (we didn't try so don't take my grading into account). The main problem is that guests have to be back at the hostel until 01:00 am, otherwise after 05:00, so, if you stay there, going out can be an issue.
the location. It's close to everything nice in Marseille.
Bit too expensive for a mixed dormitory! Hard to sleep well - all the toilet and shower facilities too close to sleping places.
