Straight forward, easy going, well located hotel, with free wifi. It was not nice that breakfast was not included in the price as offered on the net, booking.com. It is not nice that no cancellation is possible at reasonable price.

Le prix par chambre et non par personne, la situation géographique en plein centre de Juan-les-Pins, la possibilité d'arriver à n'importe quelle heure, l'ascenseur. Le matelas trop mou et donc peu confotable, le carrelage cassé dans la douche, le parking payant et difficelement trouvable.

Trés bon acceuil de la part de la direction et du personnel. Chambre spacieuse pour deux personnes,silencieuse par rapport à l'environnement exterieur et interieur de l'établissement. Entretien de la chambre effectué avac soin. Proximité de commerces,gare,centre ville et plages. Hotel ou mon épouse et moi mème seront heureux de retourner lors d'un prochain séjour dans la région. Deux petits détails : - manque de prises électriques sur ou à proximité des chevets.Il faut penser à recharger les téléphones portables. -chauffage en période hivernale dans la chambre ( par clim réversible ) bruyante, si l'on veut avoir une temperature acceptable dans la salle de bain le matin,il faut conserver la climatisation en phase chauffage toute la nuit (nuisance sonore ) et garder ouverte la porte de la salle de bain ( nuisance lumineuse ).

Giudizio assolutamente positivo, il personale non solo parla un ottimo inglese ma anche un italiano pressoché perfetto. La posizione è buona perchè vicino alla stazione, ma non da fastidio la notte perchè sono per lo più treni regionali che collegano antibes, nizza, cannes... Molto utili per visitare le cittadine intorno. In oltre è comodo anche per chi vuole soggiornare a nizza o nelle zone limitrofe perchè vicino agli autobus. Penso ci tornerò.

“The location was excellent - only a few minutes from the railway station and not many more from the restaurants and the beach. Given its central location it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. We had a balcony and it was especially relaxing to sit there at night sipping our wine. Madame and Monsieur were exceptionally friendly and helpful, as were the rest of the staff. Our room, although not posh, was good, with everything we needed and it was cleaned and bedding and towels changed very frequently.
