Staff as usual very nice. The hotel is small and cosy, bed is very comfortable and wifi works perfectly.
This time around I was in a room that seemed not very well insulated in terms of sound, which meant that I was woken up by the toilet and shower of the room next door since 6am.
Wonderful place, near metro and train, smily and kind stuff, hot and clean rooms! Will come again!
Good metro, tram and bus links
About 50m from metro
Its really a great place for staying, the metro station is about 30metres, and the staff is nice and helpful. We really like the old style lifter
The staff consists of very friendly people. I use this hotel again and again was very pleased with the service. I recommend it to you. Perfect combination value for money
Location, staff, view from the room
Poor breakfast and should improve internet conection
The staff was extremely nice, helpful and accommodating. The room was neat and comfortable. Tv and wifi worked perfectly.
The hotel had the look and feel of an old Paris establishment. It was clean and spacey. The staff was very kind and helpful, true professionals. Everything worked as expected, great value. It was not walking distance from the center of things but the metro stops at the doorstep as did the tram.
It was a little musty, from age, but clean.
Excellent reachability; metro to central Paris right in front of the hotel!
very good location and friendly reception guy
the door of the bathroom is just glass. not very private
+Wi-Fi。reception。bathroom nice and clean。cleaned everyday.
-small elevator. Soap and shoe cleaner filling in not in time.
Right next to metro stop, so easy to find Helpful and welcoming staff Comfortable amd clean roomfor our 3night stay
Helpful staff, the receptionst looks like George Colony and speaks 5 languages fluently. Great location.
Cold croissant for breakfast
Location is close to the underground, very decent small little hotel for a very good price if you want to discover Paris.
Bed was too small and uncomfortable.
Although it seems a bit far from the center, the location is perfect and very convenient, if you use the metro; the metro station is exactly in front of the hotel and the neighbourhood seems nice with a good boulangerie (bakery) and a supermarket just next to the hotel. The staff especially in the reception is very polite and nice. The beds are good and comfortable. I would stay again for sure.
The elevator is extremely small and not easy for two persons and bags, but ok this is typical for an old parisian building. Two slightly negative things to be taken into account by the manager of the hotel: 1. although our room and bathroom were always perfectly clean, the cleaning stuff didn't leave (forgot?) 2 hand towels for 2 nights, while we had them in the first night. So for two days we had only two big towels and not a two complete sets. Moreover, we didn't have some new shampoo-shower gel. 2. the wi-fi is not reliable and often too weak. Maybe the hotel should stop having it open to everyone and set a password only for the hotel visitors.
The cleanliness, the friendly staff, the nice view from my room. Anders last but not least the Resolutionen good price.
The hotel is quite far away from the city centre and the elevator doesn't go to the highest floor.
location next to metro, good price, clean rooms and friendly staff
there are no safe boxes in rooms
good location, 1 min to metro or tram clean room superior room is normal size, not so cramped as other rooms opening windows, also in the bathroom great wifi
no air conditioning, in the summer might be a problem
The welcome I received from Riyadh was so warm. Room I was given was spotless, warm and the bathroom updated shower was a joy. Right by Metro 4 so 35 mins from Gare de Nord for Eurostar. (If you are travelling back with heavy case, cross over Avenue Leclerc and walk about 100yds and there is a lift straight down to the north bound metro platform). Great value for money in a really handy spot for visiting Paris and my daughter who lives close by. Will be returning soon.
The double rooms are spacious, cleaned thoroughly and well-aired by large windows (even those, like mine, that do not open onto the street). My bathroom usefully included a hair dryer. The staff were, in addition, courteous and very helpful (particularly, I noticed, to visitors who were not familiar with the city). For those like myself who love Montparnasse it is a perfect distance, and the proximity of Porte d'Orleans means that travel elsewhere is convenient. Do not be suspicious about the low price: I will absolutely look to stay again.
It might pay to be cautious using the wi-fi. After accessing my professional email account, myself and several colleagues were sent empty messages from an unknown address. There was nothing dangerous about these messages in themselves and I could not guarantee that the hotel's wi-fi service (which is, by the way, provided through an externally-managed cloud) is not secure. Nevertheless, exercise caution.
The service! All were si kind and servicial !
The front office gave excellent service. Location was near the metro.
Room, bed and toilet was too small.
price, location, room and staff
Wi-Fi better not to try
