l'accueil is excelent and fast, very well located, outside Metro.
BRUIT the pipes in the bathroom from the next room and upstairs rooms, you here the toilet and bath water runs, any hour , anytime . also you hear the tv and conversations of the next room very cleary
+ Location is great, metro and tram station is only a few steps away, good connection to famous sightseeing points + Reception staff very nice and helpful, they speak more foreign languages well + Many nice restaurants and bakeries close to the hotel
- Bathroom was TINY (shower, washbasin and toilet, little space, with a sliding door) - If your room is facing the street, noise level might be high at times, but overall it is all good
Super friendly staff. Basic rooms that were very very clean. A very good shower, and no extra cost for breakfast in the room. We had 3 great nights here. Thank you.
Good value, great shower, RIGHT next to Metro station.
Bed was a bit firm and if your room is near the elevator them you're going to hear it.
We arrived very late in the evening but Riyadh, at the front desk, was still very accommodating and checking in was a breeze. He gladly showed us on the map how to get to Notre Dame for our tour. The room was comfortable and clean. The bus stop and train station were just in front of the hotel so you can easily go to the city center.
- Great location (close to metro station) - Clean room - Very friendly staff
The room was quite small
Two of the staff members were very nice and helpful. The fact that it was right in front of the subway station was very convenient.
Everything was very old. Cleanliness wasn't great. One of the staff members was rude.
location is excellent! Accessible to various transportation within few steps! Neat and quiet neighborhood-u will have a good night sleep there! Lift is available in the building Last n most important- very nice and helpful staff
would be great if the room and the toilet is a bit bigger
+ near metro station (20 metres) - situated on line 4 (important) + friendly/helpfull staff + good wifi + park, restaurants, supermarkets, fastfoods nearby
- little double bed (1.4 metres I think)
awesome staff , very welcoming and 24 hours available. We went back sometimes very late at 1 am, but there is always a staff there ready. They collect key card everytime when you leave the hotel and give it to you when you are back. Its quite nice because then we dont need to worry about losing the card. The room was very clean and neat, bed sheet and cover are white instead of red as shown in the picture, which we actually like more. Bathroom is super clean, definitely a plus point! oh, the elevator is quite some experience, as it is a very traditional one, and it felt like an adventure everytime i took it. A positive one!
Nothing really! will come back if we visit rotterdam again!
The location is great！And the staff is really helpful. excellent wifi
It was a great location, very quaint and Parisian. The facilities were a lot smaller than I'm used to but I supposed it's the way European hotels are. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. I will definitely stay there again
I found it a bit inconvenient that I was automatically logged off of the internet if my device (s) was idle. Especially because signing in again took some time to do
The staff could speak very good english and were very helpful, location to metro a few steps away. Cafe's all around us were amazing
The room and bathroom very small but manageable.
The staff were excellent. Friendly, helpful, fluent in English. The location just steps from the Metro was great after a long day of sightseeing. The nice restaurant next door was convenient too. We took advantage of the breakfast, which for Paris was good value also. Plenty of coffee (instead of the shot-glass size cups elsewhere), juice, yogurt, baguette, & croissant. Largest shower during our entire 3 week stay in Europe. Shuttle to airport offered for €18 worked out great too. Very pleased with our choice.
There is no air-conditioning. Not really a problem for us in October, especially since there was a fan provided in the room, but for summer visitors, I think it would be. The location is farther out from main sights, but when you walk out of Metro & see the hotel right there, it made up for slightly longer Metro ride.
Very clean and friendly.
Good location, friendly stuff, nice rooms. Very close to metro and tram.
Our room was towards the street, so its a bit noisy at night, specially because of the "Auto Passion" restaurant bellow which was offering 12km ride on the Lambo or Ferrari. And these cars is really noisy. But i must admit it was special offer during Paris auto show only on october 2-19
Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is 2 steps away form Metro. Clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.
Friendly stuff, cleanliness, many restaurants around.
Poorly soundproofed and small rooms.
Hotel is close to metro. Although small the rooms are clean & modern. Friendly, helpful staff made our stay easy.
Price high for a tiny room & breakfast was not included.
The hotel has everything we need - stable WIFI (the best during our 11 trip in Europe), hairdryer, air-con and duvet. In addition, it is just next to a tube station which is extremely convenient. I would definitely stay there again in my next trip to Paris
Room, Facilities, location
wifi poor quality
The location, the staff and cleanliness, value for money.
The ventilation noise, stopped later in the evening so not a big problem
We traveled by train and it was only a convenient 10-min bus ride to the train station. Also the hotel provided a shuttle to CDG airport which was much cheaper than a taxi. Local buses and metro very convenient also. Not a touristy neighborhood
Room was tiny, but otherwise perfectly comfortable, clean and well-equipped. Location was a tad out-of-the-way. Might prefer a more central location.
- Public transport (2 mnts to the metro, 30 seconds to the bus, tram - Comfortable bed even for a single room - Excellent Shower/WC (roomy) - The "man-for-all-seasons" concierge (one person!)
- Elevator (narrow, slow) - Overpriced continental breakfast
