Ski in- ski out excellent, geographic situation in general. The poor system of the ski shop : facilities and the opening times. The cleanlines of the bath tub , especially the bath curtain very dirty. The price vs. quality too high.

Nous avons été très décu concernant le service du petit dejeuner: il manquait toujours quelques choses( couvert,les panieres vides, jus d'orange vide),de plus , les tables n'etaient jamais préparées quand on arrive vers 9h( il fallait que l'on nettoye les tables...) un peu genant.... Très decu par l'organisation des petits dejeuners et cela sur les 3 jours consecutifs,ce n'est pas normal surtout sur 3 jours...Pour la chambre et literie RAS.

Decent size room that was comfortable and quiet. Hotel facilities and breakfast were adequate for our stay. Some staff were very friendly and helpful. Not all staff were very helpful when we were asking where to eat at night and there were no maps of the village in the hotel.

la situation,le parking, le local à skis le calme ,les chambres spacieuses et insonorisées la salle de restaurant les soupes le café l'assiette froide,pour les retardataires du repas du soir. les ascenseurs en nombre insuffisant pour l'établissement, la difficulté pour avoir un verre de vin à table les viennoiseries en abondance mais trop grillées. Menus trop compliqués (mode international ) et pas assez "du terroir".

La situation ski aux pieds, bon matériel au ski set, petit déjeuner copieux, personnel agréable. La photocopie de la cb demandée à l'arrivée! Les oreillers, l'eau presque froide a la douche un matin, insonorisation pas top ( quand il y a 90% d'anglophone, attention..!)

Tres bien placé, site les pistes et à 2 pas des restaurants et commerces. Personnel agréable. Les oreillers ne sont pas top (on peut rapidement être sujet à torticolis...) et il manque dans les chambres au moins un frigo pour mettre au frais le pic nique pour les pistes. Les femmes de ménage n'ont bien vérifié le restant de gel douche et nous nous sommes retrouvés dans un matin... Enfin, le petit déjeuner est correct mais pas excellent.
