Excellent views of Paris, awesomely helpful staff with a chic & cosy room. The Terrass rooftop bar was also a lovely spot to sit in the sun and enjoy.

we loved the location. It was clean, the staff were exceptionally helpful, breakfast was tasty and the rooms were great the bad weather meant the roof top terrace wasn't open - not the fault of the hotel

Loved the decor and the bedrooms were a good size in comparison with other hotels I have stayed at in Paris. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bedrooms and all other areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean.

Excellent view, esp. From the rooms with a Tour Eiffel view. Beautifully appointed rooms and super location , right in the middle of Montmartre. Like in many french hotels, upkeep of fittings is improvable; chipped toilet seat and no shower curtains. Climate system was impossible to regulate properly

Clean comfortable room. Hotel met expectations and was value for money. Staff helpful and communicated in English. Standard room was adequate for our needs and relatively quiet. Didnt have breakfast at the hotel - too expensive - but plenty of options nearby. Excellent location in Montmartre and easy to get to all the central tourist attractions via the metro. Bathroom in standard room nice and also very clean, but shower enclosure very small (adequate if you are not overweight).

The rooms are hit or miss. I liked room 601 - good modern bathroom. Then we had to move rooms because the air conditioning wasn't working and room 602's bathroom was not as nice. I love the black out shutters on the windows. I love the roof terrace. After being in Paris 4 times I love staying in Montmartre - something different location wise. There was no bellman to speak of but the front desk attendants were helpful. The bedding in the rooms wasn't great. The sheets and the pillow menu were nice but why these European hotels insist on quilted bedspread that look and feel like Grandma's house is beyond me. I would die for some crisp white duvet covers that I feel like are washed after each visit. Literally, that would make the hotel so much nicer to stay in

Nice place for those who love Monmartre: wine shops, fromageries, Amelie's Cafe de Deux Moulines, Sacre Couer - all within a short walk. The room had a romantic view to the cemetery:) The terrace on the 7th floor has a wonderful view over Paris and Tour d'Eiffel. Friendly staff, exceptionally good breakfast!

The hotel itself is very pleasant and clean and I particularly enjoyed the bar area. However, the single most impressive element of our stay was the contribution of Ferry Rambe (he gave me his card) in calming situations down, fully understanding the issues and doing what he could to resolve them. He's a credit to your hotel. There was more than a little confusion with my booking. When we arrived, there was no record of our booking on your system. Then, when it was eventually found (via booking.com ?), the dates were wrong. I had made the booking (for 15th & 16th March) on the 10th May 2012 and for some reason your record was for the nights of the 10th & 11th May 2013! Despite my protestations, your member of staff told me that "computers never lie" and was quite rude to me. I eventually established that you had rooms available so we wouldn't have to search elsewhere. However, it took a long to reach this position. Further issues were encountered when checking out of the hotel on the Sunday as I was informed that I had not, as I had believed, paid for this stay in advance. I had also not appreciated that my credit card had been used on the Friday to pay for the first night. This lack of ability of your staff to convey the different situations clearly was very disappointing but, particularly on the Friday, I found the member of staff to be not only incompetent but also rude! I expect more, much more, from an establishment such as yours. It was also disappointing that you seemed to be unable to make my friends key card work (room 115) and they kept having to ask you to reset it. This was an unnecessary inconvenience. Finally, our room (116) did not have a workable shower unit - I.E. there was no door / protection from wetting the floor. At no point did anyone offer us any form of compensation for the various unpleasant incidents. This might have gone some way to improving our impression of your hotel. Members of our party had stayed with you before but I would seriously doubt if we would recommend you again.

Staff friendly and kind, great location, very clean and modern. We were moved from the first room we were in due to plumbing issues to a smoking room. Room was bigger but less modern. Overall was a lovely stay and would come again! Bar drinks very expensive 8.00 for a glass of wine?? Paris in general very expensive for drinks though so didnt mind too much!

it was of nice design, staff were friendly. very expensive, they gave us very bad pillows then got cheek to keep a pillow menu in the room! standard room felt like bedsit. the roof terrace was small and nothing like its pic. window view of courtyard scruffy and unkept. the resturant was never open. breakfast 22 euros was a joke. shower was not working properly and tiny. we were supposed to stay 3 nights and left the next day.

The location is great and the bathroom in the luxe room was wonderful with the hammam shower. It was very quiet and warm (it was snowing outside) The service in part was dreadful. We have to wait one and a half hours for room service (cold sandwiches) on the first night - we chased after 50 mins - we told 2 mins - then they phoned back and said it would be another 20 mins as they rely on a contracted out company. Also the room keys malfunctioned 3 times and we had to keep going down to reception to access our room. The reception staff looked generally miserable.

Amazing room with Steam and Shower room. Brilliant Terrace that we would love to go back to this Hotel for in the Summer when it is open. We had trouble with our TV and it was never really fixed you would think with a Deluxe room that that would not be an issue- Shame really as everything else was so good!!

Nice big bathrooms! You had to "order" pillows Room service should not have been called room service. You could not order a hot meal. You are better off to go out and buy food. The television had basic cable. It did not have the option to rent a movie. I think all "4 star" hotels should have that option.

The room was lovely, had a fantastic view of the eiffel tower. Location was great easily access to underground stations, and sacre coeur and montmatre are within walking distance. Staff were helpful and spoke english. Room service was expensive (as with most hotels) the restaurant was not open for lunch or dinner during our stay, and there was no access to the terrass bar.

The staff were very attentive and helpful and a very nice touch was that they left a bottle of champagne in our room for my birthday, which I very much appreciated. The location of the hotel was excellent and was very close to the bars and restaurants of Montmartre but at the same time being quiet and peaceful. The 7th floor bar and restaurant were closed meaning that there were no lunch or evening dining facilities in the hotel. For a 4 star hotel I feel this is a flaw.
